too busy flirting with customers to make drinks

I Blue

Went so i can spend time with someone who lives far. Ordered a green tea mocha and the barista (with green hair) added a clump of matcha without mixing it. After a few sips i taste a bitter clump of dried matcha.

Showed the same barista and she just said “oh sorry, that’s the matcha i added” and walked away. No thought of resolution, no care, she just was focused on closing the store and GTFO. Glad I still avoid this place since the workers seem to not give a shit about your drink. Best go to a real café like brew haha or Einstein bagels.

Bad all around with this location. Parking is awful to start. I waited around the counter for about 5 minutes for someone to interact with me(no one interacted). It's unclear which way the line is suppose to go at the counter. While I was already waiting someone walked behind the counter and took some persons order that was not already waiting before me (like they were friends or something and just completed ignored I was there). Ended up walking out and not ordering anything. Poor management and poor service, this will be an avoidable location. Not sure how you mess up that bad at service.

Vegetarian options: A few options...

Parking: Parking not much of an issue, though the lot is a bit small and awkwardly positioned.

Kid-friendliness: OK for kids, though they don't cater to them.

Customer service was amazing! I had a cake pop to see what all the hype was about and it tasted like vanilla sugar. I would not recommend.

Parking: Madhouse! Small very busy parking lot. Bring your parking skills and patience or park across the street at the big shopping center and come across the street. Starbucks is at an intersection so there's a safe place to cross.

What you would expect in the cup. Atmosphere is severely lacking. Staff is not helpful and somewhat rude and dismissive. There is a great coffee shop around the corner.

This location seems to really struggle more than any other location we’ve been to. We have ordered ahead multiple times and still wait 20 minutes or the drinks need to be remade. Then decided to order delivery and got our food but someone else’s drink. Not even close to similar names. It seems like they just don’t pay attention to what they’re doing (and this is coming from a former barista myself). It’s very frustrating as a consumer and we’ve started to make the extra 8 minute drive to go to the next closest location.
