I came here for the Veterans Day 2025 coffee, 1230pm they pretty much ignored me after ordering the one coffee, the person kept taking orders never did anything to get the coffee, I waited, waited, waited, finally got the attention of another staff person who did start the coffee order(requiring a cup and button push) coffee was ready, I waited, waited, waited coffee is just sitting there, waited, waited, I finally left, worse service ever!!! and I have been going to Starbucks for years. So this was the thanks from this Starbucks for my service as a Veteran.

Absolutely abysmal service, the black haired girl working the counter and preparing drinks was beyond rude. I’ve been to a lot of places and this had to have been the worst experience at a Starbucks location I’ve ever experienced. I used my points to buy a drink and it was absolutely made terribly and slowly, what a waste of my points. Terrible, will not be back.

The parking situation here is absolutely horrible...beware 😫
One person was making drinks while the rest of the staff was standing around talking and doing nothing.

I had a disappointing experience here. The bacon, egg, and sausage sandwich was poorly made—falling apart before it even reached me. While waiting nearly 15 minutes for a grande oat milk latte, I had to listen to the barista engage in a loud, negative personal conversation with someone who wasn’t even a customer. She complained about her family, not wanting to be at work, and shared details that set a depressing tone for the entire store. The energy could have been better directed toward service and efficiency. Customers deserve a welcoming atmosphere, not one weighed down by negativity. I strongly recommend keeping personal conversations out of earshot and focusing on creating a more positive and professional environment.

I was in there two days ago around 1230pm. I did a mobile pick up order. I arrived about 5 minutes or so after placing the order. I ended up waiting almost a half an hour for my one drink. I don't know why there were only 2 employees there to handle everything thing from mobile orders, walk-in orders, food orders, and presumably delivery orders. Terrible that Starbucks does that to their employees. I will say the two employees that were there, a young man and young woman were amazing and busting their butts doing the best they could to keep up. They were very pleasant and my drink tasted great when I finally got it.

Tinier starbucks. Food is average as any starbucks. Drinks are subpar to other Delaware starbucks. I don't think they follow recipes. No foam on the drink and when I asked she said that's all you get

If zero stars was an option, I would give that rating. Ordered from here through door dash. Two breakfast entrees, two drinks, and a cake pop. Door dash delivered a cake pop and two drinks. They said that was what was given to them. They are at fault too obviously. But when I called the store, they said sorry about the failed delivery. They said I could come in or call door dash and have it delivered again. I said you want me to call door dash and wait on hold for 15 minutes? He said yes, “it sounds good.” I said that “sounds good to you, me having to call door dash and get waiting for 15 minutes?” He said “sir, I am not going to get into semantics with you. I just got off my break and wasn’t the one who handled the order.” Obviously trying not to take any blame. I said ok, well then let me speak to the manager. He said “I am the manager,” and then hung up on me. Clown shop. Stay away.

Very unorganized and usually end up waiting 20-30 min for a simple drink

This location is not it, and I only returned because enough months went by since my first time that I forgot how annoying it is. Very limited seating, very limited parking, the parking is awkward and inconvenient because this location is in a too tight corner at the intersection of two busy streets. Today the bonus was little to no air conditioning, I had not ordered ahead of time but the barista put my drink on the counter without calling my name. From where I was sitting I couldn't see the screen that tells you your order is ready, and I didn't think to check because I've never had anyone put my drink out silently. Meanwhile she called the names of people who had put in mobile orders... and those people would of their own accord immediately go to the counter and look for their drink. So I was sitting there in the heat for probably twice as long as I needed to be. Best part is I can barely taste any hazelnut in my hazelnut shaken espresso. Don't waste your time and money here, BrewHaha across the street is WAY better.
