Definitely felt very uncomfortable ordering from this establishment. Very rude staff. I placed an order under my name and came in and picked it up. My girlfriend also placed an order for a drink and I came back in to retrieve hers as well, when the manager asked who I was picking up for I told him a name that was different then my own, he asked the other barista if it was ready and she said with an attitude that I had already picked up my order, the manager looked surprised then got quiet and wouldn’t look at me and the staff both ignored me like I wasn’t there. I think they were implying I was trying to get one past them for a free drink which isn’t the case, after being ignored I asked for my girlfriends drink again and the barista rolled her eyes at me and told me “you already got your drink”. I then said that I had picked up my order for myself yes but I was picking up for someone else now and had I gave them the name for the other order as soon as I walked in. Once she realized her mistake she shooed me with her hand and with an attitude said it’s over there. I understand people probably try to come in and pretend they didn’t receive their drinks but I had clarified my order wasn’t for myself and told the manager the name I was looking for. I didn’t like how the female barista had such an attitude and made me feel like I was some thief when I’m a paying customer. She was super rude and I think you should be communicating with your paying customers and not stand there and totally ignore them and completely stop helping them, then after finding out I did infact have two separate orders continue to have a terrible attitude. Don’t yell that I got my drink in front of other people if you aren’t sure it was embarrassing for me.

Nice location with everything you need. Lots of online orders, but walked in and got cappuccino faily quickly. It was made with too much milk, but I bet that's a personal preference.

I enter the store, one person is in line finishing his order. Brian is the Starbucks server and surprisingly he NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME as I stood there waiting for him to say something. There is an open book in front of him (for scheduling staff??) and another server joins him in discussion about staff. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME STANDING THERE WAITING. I finally walk over to them (very close) and say “I’M READY TO PLACE MY ORDER.” Wow… this is the second consecutive time this has happened. Not sure why but my advice to Brian AND TEAM is to set an example and make EVERY customer feel welcomed.

Renovated on the inside! Looks great! Clean and modern! The staff seems to have a refresh as well! It was actually a pleasant trip! (8 months ago it definitely wasn’t as pleasant).Parking: Limited parking!

I visited this Starbucks today 1/14/2024 01:50 pm the woman who prepares the coffee spent a lot of time coughing, she wiped herself with her arm and she didn't have a mask? When I received my chocolate mocha I threw it away, it was disgusting ?what a bad experience it is sad that this place changed for the worse, more hygiene please ??‍♀️This is the woman who was coughing ??

Very difficult location to park.I find it very annoying when businesses with free WiFi allow non customers to spend hours in their sitting area; in this situation, the guy is blasting music from his laptop the entire time I'm there there have a conversation with a friend.My coffee was not even remotely warm, let alone hit.Staff were very polite.

The filthiest Starbucks I have ever seen. Sign on 95 made it seem it was right off the road. It wasn't. No drive thru. Very difficult parking lot. Had to go in, did not mind waiting. They were clearly understaffed. They messed up an iced coffee with a shot of espresso and light cream. Sigh. Whatever on that but the cashier dropped two pink square lids (like the ones that would go on a blender or food container and picked them up off the floor wiped one on her personal apron but not the other one.... it is disgusting to see their hands wiped on their clothes but whatever those tops were going to be put on .... beyond disgusting.
