Arrived at 6:45 pm to have a relaxing beverage with my wife, because the hours posted say they are open until 8:30 pm, 7 days / week. They were closed with a sign on the door saying the drive thru is open. Three people inside just looking at us and laughing. They should all be fired and replaced with people who have a sense of customer service and want to actually work...

very rude, attitude was crazy for no reason as well as didn’t give me the two add ons i paid for which whatever but i paid extra for oat milk, i prefer it not allergy reasons but when if i was deathly allergic??? the idiots are lucky im not allergic yall need to hire better people like the starbucks in people’s plaza the workers there are always so kind and welcoming

I had a small meeting here and the atmosphere is so welcoming! It wasn't really busy inside, but the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I would definitely recommend going in vs. drive thru if you are short on time.

Every time I order iced coffee, it tastes like water and has no original coffee taste. Suggestion when you making the ice coffee less ice more coffee!

Waited over a half an hour for three drinks. Two drinks were made incorrectly, and instead of restarting them immediately, they made 10 more drinks before remaking mine. I was late for work, and not offered a refund for the drinks or anything. I would recommend any other coffee shop before this one.

I visit through the week and ever Sat and Sun and they get my order wrong every Sat N Sun. We out a don't. I get a V ice white mocha Latte, oakmilk, 3 pumps brown sugar no whipped cream. Same order every time. It's either no white, have whipped cream ?

The gentleman working around 1:15pm, Wednesday 8/28/24 was the SWEETEST soul i’ve ever met. Gave the best customer service and the drink was PHENOMENAL. presentation was spectacular as well. best customer service i’ve seen at a starbucks!
