Terrible service. They start preparing drinks and leave them in the blender while they make more, and the drink they already made gets watered down because you're waiting for your entire order. The girl is chatting away and forgets she has more drinks to deliver. They give you your order in fits and starts while the drinks are melting. The service was awful.

Reiterated twice at register that I wanted oatmilk and the new unsweetened cream protein foam on my latte, was ensured that that’s what my order was going to be. Instead was given a 2% milk latte with fully sweetened VSC foam.

Worse Starbucks location in Delaware you could go to . Aside from the older man the employees suck, they never have anything in stock, the entire inside is closed at times….should just close in general

You should really close completely instead of an order taking 40 min in the drive through as the only way to order. What a waste of time.
Arrived at 6:45 pm to have a relaxing beverage with my wife, because the hours posted say they are open until 8:30 pm, 7 days / week. They were closed with a sign on the door saying the drive thru is open. Three people inside just looking at us and laughing. They should all be fired and replaced with people who have a sense of customer service and want to actually work...
