One of the worst I’ve been to. The number of times I’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes for hot water and a tea bag when there’s no one in the store and a short line at drive thru is ridiculous. Do better.

Came twice: once in the evening through the drive-through and didn't have any ingredients of the drinks we wanted. Then, two to three days later , we went inside they had our drinks with the ingredients... Love your drinks but too pricey .

I was paying a total of 20 something dollars with a hundred dollar bill. The person taking my money asked her manager if she is able to take it and the manager had a bad attitude and didn’t even acknowledge telling me why she couldn’t accept it. I know there is change in the back why couldn’t she jus take that???

You want poor service, lackluster drinks and wait for a simple plain coffee and people behind you get blended coffee drinks first then this is the place for you! It's happened multiple times. Should of stayed in smaller location because ever since you moved its been a hot mess. Hello Dunkin Donuts for now on.

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and my drinks 8/10 times taste watery and not sweat enough I even ask for extra caramel and they never put enough I don't think I will be coming to this location after today I don't come to Starbucks a lot so I was asking for suggestions between two drinks and the associate must of gotten agitated because I got switched over to another associate so I just went with the chestnut praline and told them to add caramel syrup for more sweetness and the drink wasn't sweet at all plus tasted watery this is not the first time like I said they have done horribly with my drink and I'm not one to complain.

I ordered a Brown Sugar shaken espresso and asked that the oatmilk be substituted for almond milk. They gave me a drink that was basically coffee and almond milk. I took several sips and shook it around myself and it was obvious that there was no syrup in the drink. When I came to the register to complain the barista told me that the drink is made with half pumps and if I wanted to taste the brown sugar I should have asked for full pumps. That is ridiculous because no where on the app or website does it say that drinks are made with "half pumps." The guy who re-made the drink for me had a rude attitude and tossed it in front of me without saying anything. Give customers what they pay for, without an attitude: this is a lesson that this staff clearly hasn't been taught during training and it reflects badly on the company. If you want to deal with that b.s. then by all means, come here.
