Acme offers delivery service THROUGH THEIR OWN APP, but apparently the stores themselves say they don't offer that service even after you show a years worth of receipts. Then try to give you food that has been sitting out for 6 hours (no refrigerator in sight) and when you say you wanta refund, you are told that they can't give you a refund today but come back tomorrow & they will do it. No, that is unacceptable.
Close to the condo and different restaurants.
They do not enforce mask wearing fir customers in the store. When I asked why not, manager told me the policy is a “CDC policy “ not an Acme policy. His mask was dirty, hanging off his chin and he even took it off when he was talking to me. The Starbucks is closed because the employee tested positive for Covid.
