This store needs a new manager and wayyyy more employees- I have come here on three separate occasions and it takes 20 min to get w coffee every time. And right now, 330 on a Saturday the cars are wrapped around the building in the drive thru- about 12 cars waiting. And they have a total of 3 employees working.

The convenience of this Starbucks cannot be beat. Its proximity to my salon and preferred Marshall’s is great— surely it will be close to something convenient to your life too! However, the window times can be quite long depending on what crew is working the drive through, and the line can back up and take an exceedingly long time (15+ minutes). Fine if you’re out shopping with friends, less fine if you’re, for instance, trying to make a hair appointment. Finally, for reasons beyond my understanding, they are fairly frequently out of most of their food items by 11 AM. It’s more than possible there’s good reasons for this, but one can’t help but wonder why they don’t simply order more food. Despite all this, I find myself waiting in the incredibly long drive through line to be told they don’t have any breakfast sandwiches left at least once a week. Oh, Concord Pike Drive Thru Starbucks. Sigh.

Overall solid location, but can be hit or miss at times with getting orders right, long waits, and occasionally having random system issues with card/app being down or the inside of the store closed (likely due to network and/or staffing issues). If I have the time I'll usually try the glen mills location over this one, but usually this is the closest so I go by default

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s my local Starbucks so multiple times I’ve come here drive through has taken 15-25 minutes. Staff is nice but the wait is consistently this long

I got there to pick up drinks. They sat for over 10 minutes before being bagged up ! There should be no reason why someone should wait 10 minutes when the drinks were already made ! Then the lady in the front tells me she hasn’t got to it yet… They had maybe two people in line. That is ridiculous !

I Had question about deal on app when drove up to window.. No one knows anything at this location. Manager is disrespectful and dismissive. Rude staff. I won’t go back again.

I was passing by and ordered one. Came out tasting like water.
2nd time, again just came out looking like pink water.

idk who they had working the drive thru 7/12 at around 8am but she was very rude and dismissive. i didn’t even get to finish my order before she cut me off asking if i meant something else i said no and then she proceeded to be condescending and weird. that’s the first time i had to leave before i got my order.
