How freaking hard is it to read a sticker??? Blocked out the other details bc I don’t want them to spit in my future drinks but this is the MILLIONTH time they’ve given me a grande when I’ve ordered a venti. Got another drink that was also a venti and they managed to do that one right, so what gives??? They also have forgotten the cream and given me black coffee in a “vanilla sweet CREAM cold brew” multiple times.. On top of that they’re just super inconsistent with the quality. I feel somewhat bad with this review bc a lot of the employees are nice, but it’s really not that hard to read a sticker at 7pm when there is barely anyone there (not in the middle of a rush or anything). Again I do understand mistakes happen but this has happened farrrrr too many times, and I’m like super disappointed that I didn’t get my whole drink that I paid for. Usually I would’ve caught it and said something obviously, but had my sister pick it up for me this time. And even when I *am* there to notice and have them remake, it’s still a huge hassle bc 1. I have immense social anxiety which is why I’m mobile ordering in the first place and 2. I’m usually running late and don’t have the time to try and flag someone down and wait to remake.

I am here with my daughter and Devon rung us up and she was just absolutely the sweetest and great at her job ! We had sat down to wait for our drinks and she brought them over ! As a business owner she is exactly what I would look for in an employee ! Please appreciate her to the fullest !!

The people at this Starbucks don't know their own promotions. I have the app so I get free refills for iced coffee. The manager was insistent that it was 50 cents. I told him it's a Starbucks promotion and every Starbucks does it. He didn't give me the discount so I left and told him I'll never be back. He said ok bye. Yeah I'm not going back there.

I stopped in for a cappuccino with peppermint, while I was on my way to a family gathering for Christmas Eve. I spent an hour at the table, dinking and internet surfing. The staff was attentive and friendly. It had been busy before I got there, and there were only one or two customers inside during my time. The staff was a little busy with drive-through orders, but still cleaned up after the previous crowd. It was a good experience overall.

The Starbucks is a great place to go into for a cup of coffee and the coffee is good and the people are very friendly and the place is very clean and you need to go ahead and check it out people it's is a wonderful place to go get coffee ☕

Starbucks the way you remember. -- a gathering place for the community; quiet; plenty of space to work. It has a very busy drive through. Appreciate that the baristas were friendly and drinks made exactly to order.

So, I actually spent 30 minutes waiting for my coffee this morning. The only reason I still gave them a 4 is because the servers were so pleasant, and I met this woman who made the wait so worthwhile! My food order, bacon & gruyere egg bites, were ready in no time and were amazing as always!

Ordered online, my order was wrong so it was remade, which took quite a while (but was still wrong). After leaving we realized that neither of us got any crunch in our caramel crunch frapps.. even though we both ordered extra crunch. very disappointing.

This store is great when it is open. The past few times that I placed a mobile order, I had to sit in the drive-thru to get my order. I understand that they are under staffed and that they cannot have the indoor open, but communicate this through the app. The only way that I know the in-store is closed, I have to drive there, get out of my vehicle just to find out that the in store is closed.I know how busy the drive-thru is and when I order my drink(s), I am on my way to work and I do not have time to sit in line to get my order.Another issue that bothered me which happened this last time - apparentlyonly some customers can call into the store and have an employee bring their order to them instead of waiting in line like the rest of us. When I attempted to do the same thing, I was told that they don't have the staff to do that. Double standards maybe?

Went in just now 6 33 AM. Looked closed. Chairs still up on tables. Employees making coffee. Felt very unwelcoming. We left. They post open at 530 AM. Guess someone over slept.
