I love subway! But this location is absolutely horrible. They only have one choice of bread currently “Italian” & I barely had anything on my sandwich. I wasn’t needing anything extra, but they barely give you anything. I basically had bread. No comment on the customer service I am going to assume they were ready to go home.
She asked me if I wanted to eat it there or take out. But had already bagged the sandwich up. Please give them a customer service training. TY.

The worst place in the whole US to get food. Extremely bad and dry subs, I called and the Manager “JAY” was very rude to me on the phone instead of giving a convenient logical solution he just didn’t care about this at all. We requested for more sauce and there was literally no sauce in our sub, the spinach in my sub was black, probably old or gone bad. Go to any other subway location but not this for sure

Middle eastern fella that wears a soccer jersey and no uniform, from inside my car I could see him picking inside his ears and then continuing to work on the food station. I had a coupon for a footlong 7.99 that everyone received in the weekly mail, the coupon said it excludes three types of subs. I still went in thinking he was back kitchen worker and the other female worker would be making my food, but he was actually the store manage and the sub makes so he ended up serving me. He did put gloves on thank God, and then told me he was out of the bread type I was asking for and I ended up settling for one of the two types available, apparently they were all out of other bread. So once I presented the coupon he just plainly made up that the coupon is only good for turkey meat and not special subs which is not indicated anywhere on the coupon, he wouldn't honor it and wanted $14. You would think after not having the entire bread selection and coupon not excluding the sub I was getting that he would at least honor it this time, but no he just made up his own rules and rejected a valid coupon. At the end I am not too upset since what I seen him do with his ears and continuing to work on the food station and this was in plain sight view where anyone can see him through the door, I can't imagine what he does in the back kitchen where no one can see.

Ordered a DoorDash and the store canceled it. Mind you it’s 12 pm so i knew they were open. I called the store to ask why my order was canceled and asked if they were closed. the guy rudely answered the phone and I asked if they were closed and he said “no we are open” I said oh okay because my DoorDash was canceled from this store so I was just curious what had happened? He got silent and hung up. Lazy rude staff. Don’t go here.

Went to the store for a $6.99 deal I saw advertised in a commercial. There were no customers in the store, and 3 employees. I went to order at the register when I was told that this deal had to be ordered through the app. I didn't have the app, so I stepped back to download it and process it with a 23-minute long process to finally get to place the order. The manager made fun of my struggling by saying, "it's not that complicated and shouldn't take me this long to figure it out." He should have offered some assistance. I then get what I ordered, and to my surprise, there are 2 very thinly sliced pieces of ham. 1 very thinly sliced piece of cheese and 2 slices of Pickles and a sprinkle of onions. So I basically paid for a roll, the smallest bag of potato chips and a drink. I will NEVER go to a Subway Restaurant again. The waste of time, money, and effort for nothing. I am disgusted in the sandwich they presented. I now understand why there were no other customers.

Don’t order ahead it’s a waist of time. They make you wait in line to pick it up anyway. Bad service that way if you ask me

I visited this location 2 days ago to pick up an online order. I selected the 50% more meat which automatically increased the bacon as well. I’m glad i watched the lady make my sandwich as she gave me the regular amount of bacon and told me the 50% doesn’t apply to bacon.
I had to leave right after but returned when i had time to check the app. It indeed showed that the 50% more applies to meat and bacon if the sandwich you are getting already has bacon on it.
She lied right to me face which is technically stealing. I told this to both her and a man that was there and he gave me 75 cents back.
I will also report this to corporate because again, she knowingly lied to me for no reason.

I don’t recommend this subway location because they don’t accept coupons and they don’t put enough ingredients when preparing the subs.

Will never be returning to this subway. Like others have mentioned - extremely stingy with toppings. I got a veggie delite and they felt just ripped off with the amount of veggies I got. The other 1 star reviews that the people have given are on point.
