It's like they can't follow instructions. Placed several orders using the app and each time they did the opposite of what was asked. After that third time of the lack of comprehension, I will not be coming back.

Absolute worst place to get a sandwich. When I walked in, there was one employee behind the counter who just stared. Then another person came around and just looked at me as well. When I spoke up and said I wanted to order 3 sandwiches, you'd thought I asked for a million as he seem annoyed. Now, about their food, the white Italian bread we has was hard and dry, and when I asked for extra pickles, he literally put 3 more on, and I think that was a total of 6 or 7 on a large sandwich. My son-in-law's sandwich was horrible, asking for mayo from them made us feel like they couldn't afford to put hardly on. After spending $52, yes $52 on 3 sandwiches and a small drink, and having miserable food, I would never go to this location again.

Not sure why the price the more than compared to other subways and also I was charged extra for the Sauce on the side where my other usual subway location never charges me that.
For food franchises like this, it’s more about service than the food itself and I’m not happy with this place.

They turn off online ordering so if you are looking to save time by ordering ahead dont bother. Also quite lazy staff. Had my chips sitting right behind him and made me go over and get my own.

It's been a while since I went to a Subway. You're better off making and taking your work breakfast and lunch from home. Better quality and freshness and a heck of a lot cheaper than using these overpriced crappy food chains. Subway definitely downsized quality and quantity. No more days of $5 footlongs...

Had a great experience at Subway! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I wanted. The store was spotless, with clean tables and a well-maintained environment. Definitely one of the cleanest Subway locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

I'm actually upset because I do like this location. It's clean and the food tends to be good.

However, the last two times I ordered from here (using the subway app), I ordered my subs with provolone cheese and to be toasted. They, in fact, had no cheese nor were they toasted.

I love subway! But this location is absolutely horrible. They only have one choice of bread currently “Italian” & I barely had anything on my sandwich. I wasn’t needing anything extra, but they barely give you anything. I basically had bread. No comment on the customer service I am going to assume they were ready to go home.

She asked me if I wanted to eat it there or take out. But had already bagged the sandwich up. Please give them a customer service training. TY.

The worst place in the whole US to get food. Extremely bad and dry subs, I called and the Manager “JAY” was very rude to me on the phone instead of giving a convenient logical solution he just didn’t care about this at all. We requested for more sauce and there was literally no sauce in our sub, the spinach in my sub was black, probably old or gone bad. Go to any other subway location but not this for sure

Middle eastern fella that wears a soccer jersey and no uniform, from inside my car I could see him picking inside his ears and then continuing to work on the food station. I had a coupon for a footlong 7.99 that everyone received in the weekly mail, the coupon said it excludes three types of subs. I still went in thinking he was back kitchen worker and the other female worker would be making my food, but he was actually the store manage and the sub makes so he ended up serving me. He did put gloves on thank God, and then told me he was out of the bread type I was asking for and I ended up settling for one of the two types available, apparently they were all out of other bread. So once I presented the coupon he just plainly made up that the coupon is only good for turkey meat and not special subs which is not indicated anywhere on the coupon, he wouldn't honor it and wanted $14. You would think after not having the entire bread selection and coupon not excluding the sub I was getting that he would at least honor it this time, but no he just made up his own rules and rejected a valid coupon. At the end I am not too upset since what I seen him do with his ears and continuing to work on the food station and this was in plain sight view where anyone can see him through the door, I can't imagine what he does in the back kitchen where no one can see.
