First time visiting 411 and it was a great experience. Bartenders were all polite and pretty. Drinks and food were reasonably priced. The DJ was definitely on POINT

Went here for one of my girlfriend's birthday celebrations. I typically don't go out to lounges or places that give a club like scene but this place was actually decent. I will say that the music was a tad bit too loud for the size space it is. The only struggle was trying to order food and drinks because the bartender and i couldn't hear each other. But other than that, the DJ that was there Friday night was fire. Reminded me of back in the day parties. He kept the place live. It wasn't too overly crowded. The food was really good. My wife and I ordered the cheesesteak eggroll platter and it came with this sauce that idk what it was but when I say it was so good! Overall, i loved the vibes and I would definitely come back.

To our Bartender (Hazel) very professional and she made sure we were ok with our drinks and food. To the security person that helped me take my pictures, thank you šš¾ Thanks guys. Celebrating My 50th bday with my significant other . 1st timer at this location... A MUST VISIT......an hour later club was jumping, all the workers were on point with making sure no glass was empty, no order went unnoticed.. from my observation...YESSSSS. will definitely be back.. Sincerely.... Miss Mya 1ST Lady of Swag Magazine. Will definitely put this on the map..

Very unprofessional! the manager was very rude and the owner Roblox character looking ahh was unprofessional as well didnāt matter if we spent 2$ you still donāt treat people like that we were seated at one section by the supervisor or who ever he was then removed to a tiny section with 4 chairs for 6 of usā¦ like weāre about to play uno for 300$ couldāve just stayed at the bar if that was the case and when we tried to explain what happened we were kicked out and embarrassed in front of everyone ā¦ overall the dj played very good music and the bartenders were nice and professionalā¦. But the manager needs to learn how to manage and learn how to talk to people smh just sad

So sad because this place really could be great. The bartenders are extremely underqualifiedā after 30 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged, we placed our order and watched them make our drinks incorrectly (never thought iād have to say thereās no lemonade in a Cosmopolitan and that a margarita should be served in a margarita glass). The DJ is great, but what sense does it make to have a great DJ and nowhere to dance and enjoy his set? Instead, thereās a sea of empty āVIPā sections that no oneās interested in while people desperately crowd around the bar for seating. The two bartenders are seemingly the only people working each night; every other employee we saw was either drinking or smoking hookah on the job. Iāve only tried the food once and it was typical greasy bar bites, nothing special.

Came to visit from Charlotte and had a terrible experience. The bartender didn't say a word to us not hi or do you want any menus no type of greeting. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to respond to us asking for a drink. Immediately after we ordered a hookah and it wasn't made for a hour. The bartender had to leave from behind the bar to make a hookah. I do not recommend this place.

Last week I was at Suite 4 eleven and I got to experience the most attentive and quality service I have had in a while at a lounge. I was able to purchase a section easily with no hassle and my bottle server (Kaliyah) was more than affable, she made my first experience at the club delightful, and I will be returning every time I am in Wilmington.

It was comfortable, and was feeling the vibe at first. That's because I arrived around 7 pm. Then around 11pm the crowd started to change and people in the booths just started smoking marijuana. Yall have to do better! I really believe this could be a nice chill spot if the weed was excluded. A professional can not chill in this type environment. I was out soon as they sparked up outside smoke. They really could of been smoking anything! We gots to do better!
