Last week I was at Suite 4 eleven and I got to experience the most attentive and quality service I have had in a while at a lounge. I was able to purchase a section easily with no hassle and my bottle server (Kaliyah) was more than affable, she made my first experience at the club delightful, and I will be returning every time I am in Wilmington.

It was comfortable, and was feeling the vibe at first. That's because I arrived around 7 pm. Then around 11pm the crowd started to change and people in the booths just started smoking marijuana. Yall have to do better! I really believe this could be a nice chill spot if the weed was excluded. A professional can not chill in this type environment. I was out soon as they sparked up outside smoke. They really could of been smoking anything! We gots to do better!
30+ a hookah and they charge you 5 extra for coals ??? scamming. Bruh save that money and go to a better spot.

I do love this place however I waited damn near 2 hours for my food then it was cold as ice ? it's a great vibe though! The DJ was litty lit..I will be back but I WILL NOT ORDER FOOD JUST DRINKS!

I will never come here again. My friend and I booked a section here for our birthday and we weren’t told you can only have 4 people in it. We did have a large crowd but they were so rude about it. The one security guard yelled at my friend and snatched something out her hand. There’s no dancing area so you’re either at the bar or in the section. It just wasn’t a vibe at all & I will never return. I try to support black owned businesses but they are too rude and strict for no reason. Paying $425 and can’t even do what you want is crazy, I’d take any other club over this one.

Parking, security, service.. upscale spot in Delaware, always busy every time I’ve been there. Try getting there early. $20 cover but it’s worth it. Boxing, ufc, football? All you have to do is request it and they’ll put it on for you!

Food good , security was for a prison, only to get inside and see the opposite of what the dress code required . We had a good time naturally , however this place is in a shopping center literally . The strict dress code , entry fee and the fake police at the door was totally uncalled for . Driving from Philly to Del , with about 9 guest , we should have been treated better . Our waitress was great . Food was tasty as I stated , but they need some courses in front of how to treat guest
