I was surprised with a half of dozen cup cakes and they were very delicious ! He is so thoughtful and suprises me with the best gifts ever your bakery is amazing

This was my first time trying Sweet Somethings and I was not disappointed! I purchased a variety of items for my son's rehearsal dinner and everything was delicious. Key lime cupcakes and cheesecake, Smores cheesecake, Chocolate chip cookies, and last but not least Cookie dough cupcakes and tarts...all were amazing!

My daughter’s 1st birthday cake was beautiful & SO delicious. Everyone raved about it at her birthday party. I cannot thank u enough! U have a customer for life ❤️

Found the bakery online, went to the shop everything looked nice and most of the 6 pastries I bought were good . Now for the reason of the 2 stars . The lemon pistachio tart was just ok . The key lime was good so was the salted caramel bomb and chocolate bomb. WHAT WASNT GOOD WAS THE SERVICE. , the person that waited on me was so rude , bought 6 pastries which came in 2 containers and would not give or “didn’t have a bag to put the products in.” To top it off she even charged me more for using a debit card WITHOUT SAYING THERE WOULD BE AN UPCHARGE and didn’t give me a receipt. They were not busy to have that as an excuse . I WILL NOT BE RETURNING , because of the RUDE CUSTOMER service I received.

Lee was so helpful with our wedding cake! We sent him inspiration pictures for the design, and him and the team were spot on. Our guests kept talking about how good the cake tasted as well ?. We plan on going back to visit often!

On Monday, July 22nd, I stopped by your store for a last minute birthday cake. (5:30pm)
I must tell you, your cake was horrible.
The buttercream was thick and very salty and the vanilla moose was thicker than the cake.
I kept it refrigerated for a day and it only got worse.

So incredibly rude! Second time this year I was treated very poorly on the phone. Whoever answers the phone needs to be taken off. I’m not sure why I was greeted with such aggression but will not be ordering from this place again.

Always stop at different bakeries when traveling. Tried this one today and everything we got was delicious, and I am picky. Loved the assortment of treats! Will definitely stop again when I am in the area.

I called in to get a large delivery order and they did not disappoint! The cookies were AMAZING and they were delivered on time. Could not have asked for more! I will be going to this bakery for all of my confectioner needs!

Cupcakes are delish! Make sure if you are buying a cake out of the case that you ask how long it has been there...my husband bought a cake for my birthday and the mousse in the cake had gone sour.

My first visit to Sweet Somethings was last July when I needed an "emergency" box of cupcakes for a birthday I had neglected to get treats for. Ever since I have become a huge fan of this bakery. I work for a company in Wilmington and we order several dozen cupcakes once a month for that month's birthdays. Every single time I am asked where the cupcakes come from because the flavors are unique, incredibly tasteful and beautifully decorated. I personally meet Lee (the owner) every single time he drops the delivery off and he could not be more accommodating, friendly and professional. I was shocked when I read some of the 1 star reviews on here, especially when it came to special requests. Funny, a friend of mine just ordered $600 worth of cupcakes with a special request of how they will be decorated for a graduation party and Lee was more than willing to accommodate. This bakery is amazing! If a client would rather shop at the Acme, I say use that as your "get out of jail free card."
