Myself and my 1-year-old son stood at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple workers walking past us like we didn't even exist. I've worked in fast food many times so I completely understand if you're having a hard time getting to somebody while running around trying to make sure that service is provided to everybody. But the cashier looked me directly in my face multiple times Didn't say hold on be right with you nothing. Seriously these young kids need to do better. I understand that this is probably their first job but this type of work ethic will carry them into their adulthood. I never acted like this when I was younger and I had my first job when I was 15 at McDonald's. Absolutely ridiculous.

Today at 7 PM, I ordered a burrito, but they told me that a burrito was not available. However, when I ordered a quesadilla, they gave me a burrito, and instead of Diet Coke, they gave me soda with sugar.

After being ignored for a few minutes, we were served by an unwelcoming employee while the other was on a cell phone. Bathroom had an out of order sign, so we couldn’t even wash our hands. Won’t go there again.

They turn on the “store closed” recording early in the drive through and are extremely rude.
Cooking oil which has probably not been changed for a long time, toilets out of service, faulty drinks machines and frequented by homeless people who beg while we eat. Bad restaurant!

Food is not good like it used to be, Taco meat reminds you of how cat or dog food looks, then their food is always cold. Especially the fries. Everytime I get the chalupas they are brick hard

I ordered 2 3tacos meals all beef they gave me chicken tacos and I’m highly allergic I have been calling this location for an hour and they refuse to answer the phone…currently on my way to the hospital
