Stopped at the drive-thru tonight (11/20/25 around 3:40 PM) to pick up my mobile order, and the service was… awkward. The young woman at the window barely acknowledged me. She handed me both bags without saying “here you go,” “have a good night,” or anything at all, so I sat there unsure if my order was complete. When I asked, “Sorry, is that it?” she just said “yeah” in an annoyed tone and immediately turned to her coworker to talk about how she couldn’t wait to leave.
I don’t expect anyone to be overly friendly, but basic communication like “here’s your food, have a good night” goes a long way. The whole interaction felt very strange and unpleasant.

I got the cheesy gordita crunch and it was amazing but it was also harder than titanium and also it was colder than ice. It also had this weird blue thing on it. but it tasted well good luck to the workers in cleaning the bathrrom. BYEE

I usually almost always have good experiences at this Taco Bell location. Their staff is pretty friendly, if you also put out friendly energy. There’s only a handful of times food is forgotten or sauce isn’t in the bag. I must say, their night staff is ON POINT! Everytime I’m there, late night, the food is always fresh and hot and they give you plenty of sauce. I’d recommend going to this Taco Bell over any others.

The new Street Chalupas are AMAAAZING! Taco Bell rarely fails to satisfy. It is fast food so not the healthiest but for that every once in a while craving, Taco Bell is my go to. We have always found this location to be clean and the staff to be nice. I don't know if I just miss them or they don't have them but I wish they had collabs for Movies and such the way Wendy's & McDonald's have. Come on Taco Bell give me a Blue Corn Taco with pulled pork for Lilo and Stitch, PLEASE... You also can't beat the value for their meals - Luxe boxes are great.
