I was just here, for a DoorDash order an African woman at drive through told me at 11:32 that we have to come in for door dash orders, every other Taco Bell does drive through this timeOf night, I wasted my timeGoing through drive through then trying all doors which were locked, dasher support called you guys which were ignored. I can’t just unassign the order I’m not messing up my completion rate. I was reimbursed by DoorDash as they cancelled the order but my time was wasted. No employees coming to help at locked door which I was told to go to, I’m pretty sure I was supposed to get the costumers order in drive throughJust like all the other Taco Bell’s and if not you should’ve been specific, because I was told to come in, theirs no way I can open the locked door. but it doesn’t make sense considering all doors were locked. time I won’t get back. Thanks for wasting my time. I would prefer to be blocked so I don’t have this issue again. As when orders pop up sometimes I can’t reject. I don’t want another order for this store at night past 11:00, to have this same issue. Instead of lying by saying I can enter the locked doors at 11:30pm at night and that at 11:30 you won’t accept door dash orders in drive through, just turn off your system for door dash orders it benefits us, as we’re not wasting time or gas. Please block me from getting an order from this location as I’ve never had this experience at any of the other Taco Bell’s.

Attention people. This establishment will close HOURS EARLIER than it's supposed to. They are lazy and negligent just like most other fast food places on kirkwood highway. I suggest going some place authentic instead, and dont tip their foundation.

Tacobell app sucks, changed my order to basics and removed my customizations, butI called the store and they accommodated with any questions.All stars for the crew that evening.
today we got taco bell and they gave me the wrong order . not only that.. i received bacon in my order. not only am i upset by this.. i cannot eat bacon therefore this has ruined my beliefs. thank you taco bell for making my day horrible.

I always order Mobile Pickup, on the App. The food is made hot and fresh when I arrive. I like that I can prepay and customize everything ahead of time, so my visit is quick ??Vegetarian options: You can customize food to make anything vegetarian! The only fast food I eat on occasion.
I always come late night on my way home from work and the line is always wrapped around the building. It is completely obvious that this overwhelms and angers the staff. But the place still runs smooth and the food still comes out good. You can hear the smartness of the staffs tone and know that if you f”@& around here, you will find out! But that’s as far as it goes. They still remain professional and respectful. So Great Job to the employees here!!!!

I got to the drive-thru and they said that the power was out for ordering. I had to wait in line trapped until the other people in front of me got through. They were still giving people their food and once I got to the window they closed the window on me and I sat there waiting for someone to help me but no one did so I left the store and they did not bother to put a cone or block the drive-thru from somebody coming in. I thought it was rude that they ignored me at the window. Thanks a lot Taco Bell
