Small portions, theyre skimping customers
Check your food, I placed my order through the drive thru, my orders were correct but my food almost only gave me the tortillas only, I was very upset because I was already at home and I paid $12.19 for each combo just for them to give them chicken chalupas almost only the tortilla ?

Do not waste your time going inside to place your order. I’ve waited 35 minutes for a steak quesadilla! I asked one of the employees for a refund she told me she couldn’t because they are understaffed. It seemed to me they were only focused on driver thru orders and had everyone waiting in the lobby for 30+ minutes.
Third Class Atmosphere. No services for the customer. I ordered Cold cinnamon coffee through application as a go and grab. When I came there the coffee was hot. I said I ordered cold cinnamon coffee then she said it comes out from machine so add ice on it. That’s fine, I added ice. Then I drink it was no sugar in the coffee. So I asked no sugar then she gave me 3 pouches of sugar. So, Ultimately, I would say if you don’t know how to make coffee so why manager hired this type of crazy people in the Taco Bell store. Atchully for this type of employees Taco Bell reduce dignity by itself. This is my first incident in this week.
Previous week, I ordered bean burrito with grilled. They served me without grilled, so I asked I ordered grilled burrito.
Couple of weeks ago I ordered veg craving box then they served me non-veg in a box…
So I’m here to write review becoz people get to know what kind of services they provide for the customers.
Finally, today I decided not to come there anymore and I also recommend everyone do not place order and stop coming there as a walk in customer..
I think they have to hire proper trained worker.

I was hired for this location but was told I would be training at the bear location. So told me to report to bear location on thursday April 25 when I showed up the manager didn't know I was suppose to be working I worked 8pm to 140ish am I never made it to day 2 I quit due to the place being unorganize and Marie being rude and not caring about my traing no wonder they are having problems keeping people
They never paid me for the hours I worked I have called both stores both managers hung up on me I finally got ahold of the new gm of the market location she said I will get paid in 24 hours nothing waited 3 days call back she said she will call back she hasn't everytime I call the store they hang up on me then I call summerwood hr department their voice-mail is full idk all I want is the money I worked for
Food horrible anyways haven't eat it in years but the company sucks and they refuse to pay people

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I unfortunately eat Taco Bell far more often than I should. The chicken in the chicken quesadilla was dry, it barely contained any cheese, and they must’ve run out of sauce because I might as well have been eating sand with how dry it was. The other items were soggy and undercooked; the grilled cheese burrito was almost exclusively congealed cheese, and the chalupa might as well have been raw dough left to sit out for a week. By far the worst food I’ve had in Delaware, and I don’t even live here! The Pepsi was okay though.

Ordered online and sent.my order here by mistake so drove to pick up my order the lady that waited on me was very nice place is clean the food was cold but that was my fault not theirs it was good will definitely come back
