When I pulled up to the window, the worker asked if I was using the app and I said no. Then I sat there for 5 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. Pulled up to the window and there was nobody to be found. Mind you, I was the only car in the drive-thru. Went inside and my order took 15 minutes to make. There was no one else inside so why did it take 15 minutes????? 0/10.

Service is super slow, closed drive thru and we’re only handing drinks out in the drive thru but only if you placed order through the app and had to go inside to pick up order! Service was super slow! Three people were standing up front while watching one person work in the kitchen. How’s that make sense. Close the drive thru and let the employees stand and watch one person work hard while the others stand around! This is the third time Its happened and it only happens at this location!

It is very difficult to get the attention of the staff as a walk-in customer. There priority is drive thru only. The employee/manager at the drive thru was doing something on her phone. I called several times but to no avail. I have now been in the lobby for 7 minutes and the employee said I have a customer now, turned her back to me. I went to the KFC/Taco Bell. The have a great staff now.

I can say with confidence whatever I ate from here is what gave me food poisoning. A few bites and I knew something about it was off and had to toss it. Few hours later I felt very sick.

Terrible service. 9/10 they have an attitude. They tell you to pull back around in the drive thru when you place a mobile order and when I order from DoorDash they ignore the driver and won’t give him an order that is ready. Worst location I’ve ever been to by far.

Very, very slow, waited 50 min for food at 8 pm on weekday. And they left out one item, and another item was the wrong thing. Restaurant was clean, staff was nice.

(50 minute wait) Newer taco bell but the service was atrocious. Order took nearly an hour and was missing a burrito and another item was wrong.

All I am going to say is are you freaking kidding me?! Just picked up an order for supreme tacos and a chalupa. None of my tacos are supreme, just regular tacos and one has next to nothing in it!!!!! And my chalupa is basically next to empty. This is PATHETIC!!!!!

Ordered ahead. Order was ready, hot and packaged so nothing could get in/out without breaking the sticker seals on the bag. They verified my order before giving me the food.
