I ordered ahead and my food was on a shelf behind the counter on my arrival. No one greeted or talked to me, so after 20 mins of waiting and watching them hand everybody else their orders I tried to flag down an employee. He held a hand up to my face and walked away without speaking to me. Had to get a manager to help. By the time I got my food it was cold. By far worst fast food customer service I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit this location. I witnessed at least one other customer show up and end up walking out bc no employees acknowledged his presence..

***URGENT***PLEASE CHECK Your soda fountain nozzles!!They need to be CLEANED IMMEDIATELY!HURRY, Before someone gets sick!It was my first time at this location. It's been a Very long time since I've been to a Taco Bell, being that their aren't any in my area. So as you can imagine I was quite excited! Especially for the Baja Blast! Unfortunately, I was instantly thrown back with a cringe at first sip. Yak! The putrid taste of the mildewey black mold. Ehh!I suggest getting a big bucket of piping hot soapy bleach water, and letting those soak over night. Followed by a thorough rinsing I. The morning!Anyhow, I hope you make some improvements.The food quality could absolutely be improved aswell! Lets start with those NOZZLES!

The $5.00 craving box needs to come back. The new cost of items is way too pricey ?. Had to pick items that was less pricey ? which I did not enjoy eating. We still wind up spending 18.50 for two people

First of all I placed my order unbeknownst to me I couldn't tap my card so I had to go and retrieve some money and went back couldn't have been gone more than ten minutes so I pulled back up to the drive thru and the rude person at the window hollered at me and then she threw my change at me rude and undignified abena you should rethink your career and unload boxes in the back instead your not fit for human interactions

The woman did not catch my full order then refused to fix my order once i got to the window because she claimed I had too many adjustments on my order and they were short staffed and busy. There was only one car behind me. The service was disrespectful and I left with the situation unresolved. this was on an evening shift and she was wearing glasses and claimed to be the manager. I come to this taco bell all the time and place a similar order and have never experienced this issue until today. Learn customer service please.

I wouldn't go here if I were you. We've given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but we're going to stop going to this location until we start to hear things have turned around. There are always app order issues(with the taco bell app/employees not acknowledging the orders), long wait times(with no lines), stale food and forgotten items. If I could pick a word, disorganized. Just save yourself the dissappointment.
