I’m not sure what’s happened in the past year but the food is not the same. I tried two different times and it’s been the same…the food is super dry and the steak is not the same steak they used to used. Really disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite

Absolutely terrible customer service at the front , I've been here several times and order the same items . I asked for extra sauce and there was attitude, if the cashier didn't have headphones in her ears she could probably hear a customer. My broccoli was dry and small portioned . Completely unacceptable!!

This store closes earlier than the time they post so if your headed there 15-30mins before close their doors will be locked and they will not service you even though they are technically not closed.

I'm not sure what has happened over the past year but sadly everything here has been lacking. From the service to the food, it leaves much to be desired. Our food has been burnt, completely wrong or flavorless each time.

The food is just ok. They are not flexible whatsoever. If you want to substitute anything just forget it. I'm really not a veggie person, and wanted to substitute veggies for just onions and of course it was a no. They really don't put much teriyaki sauce on your meal. Could've made chicken and rice at home and put my own sauce on it. It probably would taste much better

I recently dined at Teriyaki Madness, and it was a fantastic experience! The spicy chicken had the perfect kick of heat, and the orange chicken was incredibly flavorful. The fried rice was a delightful side, cooked to perfection. The friendly staff and quick service made the visit even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back for more delicious teriyaki dishes!

I ordered from here through doordash and I used to order from here frequently but stopped for a while. I noticed the rating dropped to 3 stars too I was wondering why. I found out when I got my food. The steak looks like a different cut of a meat now or at least what I got. The meat did not have the same texture and even the flavor, it's like it was not marinated or watered down. I threw it away because I don't know if this is what I am supposed to get because it is just way too different from before
