Decent, family-friendly lunch spot near to I-95. Plenty of choices to suit everyone, and there was a shuffleboard table for entertainment. Parking is attached but NOT complimentary - cost us $7. Overall vibe was more office canteen than hip eatery.

Great atmosphere with a HUGE patio, extensive bar and food to satisfy most tastes. Love coming here on the weekends, ordering empanadas from Ground AF and hummus from the Mediterranean spot, along with a couple of cocktails.

This is quite a nice indoor food market in Wilmington conveniently located near the Hotel DuPont and Rodney Square. It is very open, comfortable, and clean. I went there because the Wilmington Chess Club meets there every other Sunday afternoon. Recommend.

A fun place to go eat when everyone in your group wants a different type of food. We enjoyed the live music tonight with our granddaughter. She was able to enjoy herself and move around the space freely. Children with lots of energy may have trouble sitting a long time at restaurant table. She was the only child there, and no one seemed to mind her being a kid.

This review is for the coffee shop in the center of the food court at Chancery market. At first I tried going to the Convenience store on the same floor for a Starbucks double shot coffee, but the store was closed. I remember seeing a coffee stand inside the food court. So I figured I'd give it try. Any espresso at this point, is a win! I will have to say though I got a iced macchiato, with a little bit of caramel, and it was delicious!! No added sugar needed. It came with whipped cream! They did a very good job with this drink! I would rather come here for my espresso from now on, if I didn't live 20 minutes away!! I will be coming back anytime im working at the screening room downstairs! Thanks again!!
This is an amazing place to hang out! They have live music, beautiful outdoor area, karaoke, and amazing food! It seems like the people that own this place may have missed the mark on marketing though, this place should be packed! At least we are lucky enough to have found @chancerymarket!

Pizza is pretty good from the pizza place but their pasta I got once and the entire meatball was frozen so that was not pleasant.
Crépes are ok, not the best but not the worst
My biggest gripe is the poke it up
Every time I go my rice isn’t fully cooked and it’s not so under cooked where you know instantly it’s the type where you take a bite and think “oh it’s just the crunchy part of my topping” and then you get to just the rice and it becomes obvious that it wasn’t the topping but the rice that had that weird texture of not being fully cooked.
And I stoped going a year ago and I went back after a friend told me that they never had that problem and it was the same problem
Fish is ok, if you like raw fish it’s average
Edamame some of it was over cooked, some under, so it made a really weird mix of texture of overly mushy beans and beans that are sort of crunchy.
1.99 for half a avocado is just wow, I saw someone order it, it’s not even a full avocado you get half a avocado for that much.
Biggest gripe is that they didn’t bother to tell me that their receipt machine wasn’t working until after I paid, which is annoying because physical receipts help me get reimbursed for lunches.
If I would just go review the poke place I would, it’s just frustratingly lacking.

Lots of variety for food options, the place closes at 9 but most of the restaurants close 45 mins to an hour early bc the bar does a hard close and makes all the employees leave at 9 so don’t show up expecting to order food at 8:16 Which sucks cause we traveled all day and there happened to be a good hall across the street from our hotel Luckily the Indian grill stayed open for food a little later I really wanted to try rooted vegan but I got some of their home made sea moss soap and soursop smoothie They also sell supplements
Vegetarian options: There’s a vegan restaurant and the Indian location also has vegetarian/vegan options
Dietary restrictions: Lots of dietary options all in one spot
