Lots of good options from a variety of food hall vendors, including delicious vegan food at Rooted AF. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Live music on the Friday night we were there.

Nice bar and food court
Good collection of small stores. Coffee, fresh fruits and the typical array of restaurants.
We had coffee and it was great. They also have a game table that’s a lot of fun

They were supposed to be open at 9. Waited until 9:15. One of the food vendors was also waiting to get in and he said the owner hadn't gotten back to him. I had to be at the other end of Market St by 10 and was on foot, so I couldn't afford to wait any longer. Ended up going to Dunkin.

Great place to have lunch! Even for vegetarians. They even have different events that capture a sense of nostalgia! (The Seinfeld Quizzzo Night). Also for it to be downtown I always find parking.

It's a food court(?)/hall with a bar. You can choose the type of food, no typical fast food chains which was great. I enjoyed a vegan meal while my friend enjoyed a non vegan meal from a different place. We enjoyed our meals. I would have appreciated a separate cup of ice for the hibiscus tea I got (it needed ice as it was sold and served cold) and I wish my gluten free bun had been a little less crumbly, with my falafel burger (which was delicious) from Rooted AF! My friend got her eats from Agave. I didn't see any leftovers. I would recommend this place for lunch especially if you have a couple or group of people with different dietary tastes.

Decent, family-friendly lunch spot near to I-95. Plenty of choices to suit everyone, and there was a shuffleboard table for entertainment. Parking is attached but NOT complimentary - cost us $7. Overall vibe was more office canteen than hip eatery.

Great atmosphere with a HUGE patio, extensive bar and food to satisfy most tastes. Love coming here on the weekends, ordering empanadas from Ground AF and hummus from the Mediterranean spot, along with a couple of cocktails.
This is quite a nice indoor food market in Wilmington conveniently located near the Hotel DuPont and Rodney Square. It is very open, comfortable, and clean. I went there because the Wilmington Chess Club meets there every other Sunday afternoon. Recommend.
Good place . I like yoga in chancery market . Mandy miller

Calm and Chill
Not open when they said they’d be open
A fun place to go eat when everyone in your group wants a different type of food. We enjoyed the live music tonight with our granddaughter. She was able to enjoy herself and move around the space freely. Children with lots of energy may have trouble sitting a long time at restaurant table.
She was the only child there, and no one seemed to mind her being a kid.
This review is for the coffee shop in the center of the food court at Chancery market.
At first I tried going to the Convenience store on the same floor for a Starbucks double shot coffee, but the store was closed. I remember seeing a coffee stand inside the food court. So I figured I'd give it try. Any espresso at this point, is a win!
I will have to say though I got a iced macchiato, with a little bit of caramel, and it was delicious!! No added sugar needed. It came with whipped cream!
They did a very good job with this drink!
I would rather come here for my espresso from now on, if I didn't live 20 minutes away!!
I will be coming back anytime im working at the screening room downstairs!
Thanks again!!
Great coffee and service!
