We come here atleast 2-3 times a year and always have an exceptional time. Tonight was even better with our server Marlena! She was so laid back but ontop of everything. Brining refills before we even had to ask. Offering me extra bread for the scraps of cheese left in my pot 😂 it’s like she read my mind. Accommodating my sauce requests and all! Truly made the dinner above the normal greatness! She was wonderful!!!
Food and drink were good, but, as expected for a dinner at The Melting Pot. Service was fantastic and really did wonders to help offset/improve upon a negative experience with uncooperative/unhelpful staff up front.
Good evening, Daniel did a fantastic job Definitely a great server. He came to our table with a smile He went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything that we needed and also explained everything in great detail definitely asked for Daniel.
I've been there multiple times. We brought a couple of people who havent, they had a blast!
We ate so much food here. Fondue since 1975, and you can understand why they're still going.

The Melting Pot doesn't disappoint! The food choices are always fantastic and the staff is so friendly! We went for our twins' birthday and they got a "happy birthday" plate with a piece of cake and a candle :) This is our special occasion restaurant of choice.

We have never been to the melting pot before. We enjoyed a DELICIOUS dinner, the island sangria was soooo tasty. What made our night the absolute best was the phenomenal service we received from Kim. She made sure to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations and checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure we had the best time possible. Thank you, Kim!

This was a fun thing to do. Made for great conversation. Our waiter was fantastic.
The food was very good, except for teriyaki, just not my thing.
Very expensive. Could not repeat this experience any time in the near future...

I took my nephew out for dinner. It was my first time, but his second. I enjoyed every moment. I will be honest they stuck us in the cut, and at first, I was feeling offended, but it was actually the best seat in the house. It was so private that I ended up loving it, and I'll be asking for that same seat from now on. It was a really fun experience, and it would be awesome for a date night. We got the 4 course dinner, the bomb.

I went with my husband on a dinner date at the melting pot. My first impression of the restaurant is that it is not as fancy as you would think since it is pretty pricy. I felt like I was overly dressed compared to the people around us.
Service 10/10 The waiter who assisted us through the night. Her name is Kim, and she is literally love. We have been to many restaurants through the years, and she has surpassed our expectations. She could accommodate without issue and was very good at attention to detail. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and advised us to order our food based on what we liked. Kim is the best!! I cannot stress it enough. 🩷
The food was okay. It was a nice experience. I cannot complain.

Nice place, but be ready to work for your meal! You get to cook your own food, which is fun but maybe not what you’re paying for. Portions are on the small side, and it’s a bit pricey. Service was fine, but overall, not sure the DIY experience was worth it. Fun for one visit, I guess

Service is good. The server liked her job and was pleasant. Food was good quality and a very fun experience. I have been here several times over the years but recently went for a work event. We had to pick from two cheeses, one salad, one entree and two chocolate desserts. Expect to be there long.
