We celebrated our 10 year olds Birthday here. It was such a special dinner and we all loved the experience. Everyone so friendly and the food so delicious! For us this is strictly a place to go for a special occasion as it's extremely pricey. We can't wait to go back for our anniversary.
The good was delicious. The experience was fantastic. Our server, Tori, did a terrific job!
I come here about once a month. They're going to price themselves out of business if they're not careful. A few months ago the entree was 29, last month it was 32, yesterday it was 35. Cheese went from 12 to 14 per person. The drink I like went to 15. We skipped drinks
The food and overall experience was way beyond our expectations. It was a memorable way to celebrate our son's birthday. Everything was exceptional. The service was spot on, attentive but not intrusive. From start to finish it was all delicious. Our meats and seafood were of the highest quality and the Flaming Turtle for dessert was delicious . Highly recommend the Melting Pot for all occasions, special or not.
Melting pot was amazing, and it was the perfect intimate dinner I had with my fiancé. I'd recommend to any couple on a date night!
We go about once a month. Seating directly across from another party was strange with the new seating, our burner made a funny noise on high and there was a flickering light that was annoying. Loved the food as always and service was great with Kim.
The experience, ambiance, and food were all very good. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu but we were never given our salads that were part of our dining experience. They were supposed to be packed to go but never brought out. After I paid the server never came back.
Our food was delicious and Dylan treated us great. We had reservations at 4:30 to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were seated in a nice quiet corner. Shortly, after getting our cheese, they sat 4 very loud women directly next to us. When there were 3 other tables in the same room that would have accommodated them, which also was in Dillon‘s area. We couldn't hear each other talk, and frankly it ruined the ambience of our celebration. When my wife said something to the “manager” she wouldn't even look at my wife and just said “sorry”. Very disappointing. We do, however, know all about Survivor, Big Brother, Traitors, and all about Katie‘s son.
It is one of my youngest son's favorite places, and it never fails to disappoint. We are a family of four and consistently have a great time when we dine here. Not only are the meals delicious but the booths give us enough privacy that we can have great conversations during our long meals. We always have three courses, and although the main entree is very satisfying, our favorites are the cheese and the chocolate fondues. The service is great, very friendly, and efficient.
We come here atleast 2-3 times a year and always have an exceptional time. Tonight was even better with our server Marlena! She was so laid back but ontop of everything. Brining refills before we even had to ask. Offering me extra bread for the scraps of cheese left in my pot 😂 it’s like she read my mind. Accommodating my sauce requests and all! Truly made the dinner above the normal greatness! She was wonderful!!!

Food and drink were good, but, as expected for a dinner at The Melting Pot. Service was fantastic and really did wonders to help offset/improve upon a negative experience with uncooperative/unhelpful staff up front.
Nothing to complain about. We've been going to the Wilmington Melting Pot for 25 years. Although the menu and servers have changed over time, the food and service remains high quality. The only problem is I always leave there stuffed 😋.
Good evening, Daniel did a fantastic job Definitely a great server. He came to our table with a smile He went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything that we needed and also explained everything in great detail definitely asked for Daniel.
The service and ambiance are great. But, this drink menu sucks. Sangria is not supposed to be iced down and there were no signs of alcohol in our drinks. As far as food and atmosphere, this place is top notch. As far as getting a good drink, you should go somewhere else for that.
First time here for my son's birthday. Although we greatly appreciated the card, I saw a friend of mine took her daughter for her birthday the next day and received a special happy birthday plate/dessert. We did not. Consistency would be nice. Also, our server was very nice but kept complaining (about 3 times) how tired she was so that wasn't great. My drink from the bar took 30 min. No joke. And it was not crowded at all. We loved the cheese and chocolate so we will be back, but not soon.
