Best bagel place in the area! Their breakfast sandwiches are freaking amazing. Fresh baked bagels and fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff! They will bend over backward to make sure you are a happy customer. Definitely give them a try. You won't regret it! Tell me that the sandwich doesn't look good. Great food for a great price! Everything is always delicious. With the price of groceries right now, I'm pretty sure their prices are cheaper than making a bagel sammie at home. Also they always load up the bacon. 11/10 recommends

Want to like this place but it’s consistently disappointing. Ordering anything other than a meat-egg-cheese or heaven forbid ordering multiple items inevitably leads to our order being wrong. They can get very busy, so I understand things can get lost in translation or missed sometimes. That being said, this has happened frequently enough that it’s just not worth the hassle anymore.

My spouse and I have literally come here multiple times and every single time they get the order wrong or mixed up. We’ve had to eat our incorrect bagel orders multiple times due to how hectic and chaotic this place is every time we go. I’m not sure where the disconnect is between reading the ticket and completing the order as the ticket is correct everytime. Horrible customer service honestly.

In the mood for a sesame bagel, I stopped in here for the first time on Tuesday at around 8:45 a.m. The were about four to five employees behind the counter. I asked them if they had whitefish, and they did. I ordered a sesame bagel, and a small tub of whitefish. The young woman behind the counter asked me if a wanted my bagel sliced in half. She was pleasant, and included napkins and silverware in the bag. The store looked clean. Three people came in after me. The employees were quick in getting out the orders. I rated the restaurant a four, because I like bagels and whitefish salad better from other places. But, this store is close to me, and an easy drive. Pike Creek Shopping Center's parking is so spectacular to me. I can park nice car in the middle of the parking lot with no one parking next to me and dinging my car.

This is the best breakfast in Pike Creek. Max, Cheli, Anna, Jackie, And the rest of the staff are wonderful. Always greeting you with a smile and serving up some of the best breakfast sandwiches, bagels and lunch sandwiches in the area. If you want fresh bagels, and a great atmosphere to have breakfast, this is the place…. the staff makes it number one and five stars.
The steak meat was super dry and overcooked the bagel was very hard but would definitely try again it was a nice size good amount of meat

This place makes me nausea, it's one thing if your respectful however another thing when you have crooked teeth, pimples all over your face and look like you had 20 bagels in one setting apparently the young kid acts like a clown, one employee came outside and spit and was shaking the rug while ppl were walking and I cancel an order because he was joking around! Takes forever to get orders, place smells like some ransacked it! I've been having bagels longer than this place even had one, go to any Jewish deli or Italian bakery in New York and won't take long for an order! Bagels are flat and more stale than Dunkin Donuts who are they kidding To me they discriminate, very ignorant and should have more common courtesy, the eggs they keep out all day long! It's unbelievable, they have gotten ahead of themselves a little, I was charged over $11 for tuna online order! I've had it with this company

I cannot tell you how many times they have messed up my bagel sandwich. I’ve had to wipe American cheese off my bagel multiple times and have had to not eat my bagel due to completely wrong ingredients. It’s not hard to read instructions.
