Never had a bad experience with this Establishment, my family has eaten from the business for years when they were in elsmere and still since they moved to union st.
My wife and I regularly order Pizza's, Subs, Steak Sandwiches and salads etc. Till the other day. My wonderful wife is on a cruise with her sister and while they are away, I was going to order at least three or more meals from Three Stars Pizza. Well, I am allergic to cheese. (I know it's weird, but what can I say) In any event the very first thing I say when making an order is "NO Cheese!" Well I placed an order for an extra large Pizza, no cheese, but with Pepperoni, Ground Beef, Onions and Green Peppers. I figured it would be good for me for dinner and at least two Lunches. Well, the delivery driver did a great job and I gave him a 20% + tip on a $29.04 Pizza. I took the pizza upstairs and opened it up and it was just covered with cheese. (I don't want to get hives ever again) I called 3 Stars and informed them of the mistake. Well, I was told that it was my fault. I then said that I could not eat it, and that I would just have to put it in the trash. I got the impression that the young lady I had talked to thought that I was lying and that I was just scamming them. I then filled out a comment on their website, and decided that I would write a note and drop it and the Pizza off at the restaurant with an explanation of what had happed. Well, they open at 11:00 am and I dropped off the Pizza with the note that included contact information and asked that it be given to the owner or the manager and I left, hoping to get a call or at least an emal. Well, it's been more than 30 hours and all I hear is my tinnitus and crickets. No way to treat a customer.

Order Philly cheesesteak and it was tasteless, cheese was not cheddar like they advertised instead. I got this low quality American cheese and meat was kind of uncooked a fact that make sense since it took them literally 2 minutes to handle to me. It make me feel suspicious. And was going to say something but the lady taking orders make me feel like I should better shut my mouth and leave so I did. Definitely poor experience and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Horrible pizza only thing good is the poppers. Pizza arrived cold I called and asked how close they got an attitude ? mind you I live 2 blocks away. Don't recommend. Unless you like cold pizza

Got the chicken parm..I received a hogie roll with a chicken finger cut into many little pieces. Bottom of the roll was soggy and wet from chunks of dices tomatoes. I'll refrain from ordering here ever again.The cheesesteak was okay wit onions and ketchup.
