My family and I order from here all the time time. We always get the same thing when we order. The order was read back to Us when we ordered. We get the order and everything was correct but one thing. They were closed when we realized it, so I call the next day to let them know. The manager says it’s not their fault and it’s nothing she can do. We have been customers here for several years. They just lost a customer!!! Unbelievable!!!

They have the worst customer service EVER!!! The men are nice but that woman cashier is very rude. She does not know how to talk to people. The food is great but she is horrible! They need to hire someone else before she runs away all their customers.

Have been ordering from this place faithfully for almost an YEAR. Just called to get a delivery order & they told me I can’t get deliveries from them because I cancelled ONE order ?!?!? Customer service is trash & I hate that I was ever a loyal customer to this place !!! If you can, don’t buy from here THEY DONT VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS 💯 I will be getting to the bottom of this as well taking it to the furthest extent possible because I genuinely enjoy the food here.
