It’s ghetto as hell. The food is unbelievable. By far the best in Wilm. - The oxtails not salty. The curried chicken not crazy spicy either. Give them a try. But be ready to wait in the ghetto for 10-15 min in total. - The menu changes daily.

Listen!! I had to stop eating my food to write this review! That’s how great my mini curry chicken platter is!! Like I always see a line and/or people standing outside, going in and coming out, but I don’t eat a lot of ethnic foods because of the parts of the meat that they use. I decided to hit them up today and get the curry shrimp, but they were sold out, I imagine, based on the fact that they open around 1130am and people are ALWAYS already outside waiting, that they’d run out of the really good stuff early! I expressed that I don’t really like thigh meat and would prefer a drumstick/mostly white meat/no fat, etc and she delivered! The food is delish!! Not too spicy!! Great portion!! I am very pleased that I can enjoy my food!! Thank you!!!Dietary restrictions: I requested no fat/thigh meat, etc, although this is mostly what they use in cooking, they accommodated my order as best they could and I am pleased with what I received!

Fast service, great portions, good food and prices

Oldies But Goodies

I’ve been here 3x for Oxtails & each time they said they were sold out. They open at 11am, I got there at 12pm the 1st time and the following times it was roughly 11:30am and each time they “sold out”.They have a handwritten menu in the wall with item crossed off limiting their menu to just 3 options. Why put things on the menu that you don’t have. It was too early to be sold out.Their business hours are false. Sometimes they’re open & sometimes they’re not. That’s bad for people who are on lunch break. I drove all the way there for nothing. I’m done!No parking and bad customer service. The woman was not nice or professional at all.

Well this is The best Jamaican spices Iever tasted. Haven't found a match yet. I don't know what those other restaurants are using but their food taste awful. But this restaurant, the food taste really good and it keeps me coming back. Thank You for choosing the best spices TJ’s. My favorite dish is the jerk chicken, rice and peas and mixed vegetables. They have many different kinds and brands of juices to choose from. You might need a drink because the jerk chicken is spicyyyyy! My 1st review for this store was 5 yrs ago and now it’s 2023 and the taste of their food never changed. Thank goodness!

Food was overcooked and bland. The curry shrimp and yellow rice was mushy. My daughter mac and cheese was literally boiled noodles sprinkled with shredded cheese. The soup didn't have any dumplings and the ginger was overpowering. Definitely not good. And my husband is jamaican and he didn't like the food. Seventy dollars wasted

Worst Jamaican store in the city. They never have food ready, they never have cabbage. What type of Jamaican restaurant never has cabbage. I strongly recommend you spend your money with any other Jamaican restaurant around. I didn't want to give them one star but i had to for the review.
