I was very disappointed today visit , order pick up today and saw that my drink was a mess. The lid was half off, and then it was over the counter that I cleaned up with not any sorry. I will be going to the one on kirkwood

My wife and I saw 3 younger staff members cursing, screaming at each other, and a female staff member smacking a male coworker inappropriately on the back side. This is the only negative experience I have ever had here, but this was concerning. We did not see any adult supervision in the store.

The smoothies are great however I think $8 is kinda high for a turkey bacon ranch wrap minus the bacon and it's filled with nothing but lettuce and one thin slice of meat and cheese If I wanted a salad I would have bought a salad

This spot does really good fresh eats along with Serious Smoothie. I noticed they portion ingredients so no leftovers get dumped, that won't fit in your cup.
I just had a Sunrise Sunset and it tasted like watery orange juice. I was very disappointed in it and so was my granddaughter. It cost $6.29 and we couldn't drink it. Waste of money never again.

Smoothie was okay but lacked flavor. For a place with smoothie in the name I would have expected better. The smoothie size is also massive so undoubtably some of your smoothie will go to waste. I would probably go back because there aren’t that many smoothie options in the area but order something different on the menu.

Everything . I love y'all . You make my day just that much better . You listen to every detail of my annoying order and treat it with respect . I wish everyone can experience Tropical Smoothie the way THIS LOCATION does it . I could cry . But instead I'll just keep giving you all my money . P.S. Detox Island Green - sub banana for Kiwi Add Avocado Add ENERGIZER (please try!) Ordered for curbside which in this day and age, means they'll bring your order out. No specified area for curbside. I call, and confirm that they have the not one but TWO orders I was there to get. Was told they'd be right out. 10 minutes, and nobody even comes out of the shop. I go in, my orders are both sitting on the counter, getting cold. Quesadilla and smoothie I got were passable at best, but the order for my coworker, they gave the wrong smoothie for and he said his wrap flat out sucked. The $9 I paid is better than the near $17 he paid, but that's a place off the list for lunch at work.
