Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Son got food poison from this place. Only had a quarter of his smoothie and was immediately projectile vomiting in the car on the way home. Once we got home he threw up a ton again and has had bad stomach pain ever since . I called and let them know that the strawberries or bananas in the smoothie was bad and the employee chuckled and said it’s not their strawberries nor bananas and only offered to make a new smoothie with the SAME fruit. The lack of empathy was so unprofessional. We been going to this location for years now and never had this issue until today. We will NEVER be back and if the food poisoning gets more severe we will contact corporate.Below is a picture of the smoothie he vomited in their bag and the second pic is the small amount he drank

I experienced fraud on my Tropical Smoothie account where someone hacked into my account on the mobile app and used all of my points to place an order form this location. I live halfway across the country so it definitely wasn’t me.
When I called this store to see what they could do the manager was very rude and told me this “wasn’t her fault” and it “was my problem”, so they didn’t owe me anything.
She then refused to give me her name and hung up on me.
I was expecting at least to be given a phone number of someone else to call, or maybe be sent a coupon code or something to make up for losing all those points but instead I got major attitude and condescension.

The other days the smoothies were good . But this time I bought it has less fruits alot of ice .it's taste bland.Please try to make right like before don't destroy the taste.You guys are using a lot of ice n less fruits.

Tropical smoothie is not all that it is ok . IT'S is little pricey it is cheaper if you make your own at home. I will not be going back anytime soon.

So I’m confused how they close at 8pm? But we walked in a lil before closing 15 mins before closing, and she said they are closed? So why wasn’t the doors locked? You allowed me to walk into the store ? To tell me you don’t do any more orders ? If that’s the case you need to lock your door AT 745 & not allow people to just walk in. & UR WEBSITE needs to say 745! & Not 8. I would Love to talk to a manager about this.
