Tropical Smoothie Cafe was an excellent choice for dinner the other night! I had several choices, all expensive. This was not, and it was excellent! I gave the four -star rating for the food, it might not have been fair, but I took the wrap home and, while still edible, was soggy.

I got the wrong shake and they replaced it with no problem and they were very nice and it was very clean . Thanks you so much.

The food and service were great!! I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the restroom!! 🥰

Love Coming here even with a severe food allergy, I'm glad I can enjoy with our fear.

Pinky is the best. Everytime I enter Tripical Smoothie she always greets me by my name. Punky is very kind, helpful and she makes the best smoothies ever😀

Great açaí Bowls with Nutella. Delicious wraps. My favorite is Caribbean Jerk. Staff is super friendly.

I love coming to the Kirkwood Highway location in Delaware. Very friendly, great food. Feels like family.

Son got food poison from this place. Only had a quarter of his smoothie and was immediately projectile vomiting in the car on the way home. Once we got home he threw up a ton again and has had bad stomach pain ever since . I called and let them know that the strawberries or bananas in the smoothie was bad and the employee chuckled and said it’s not their strawberries nor bananas and only offered to make a new smoothie with the SAME fruit. The lack of empathy was so unprofessional. We been going to this location for years now and never had this issue until today. We will NEVER be back and if the food poisoning gets more severe we will contact corporate.Below is a picture of the smoothie he vomited in their bag and the second pic is the small amount he drank

I experienced fraud on my Tropical Smoothie account where someone hacked into my account on the mobile app and used all of my points to place an order form this location. I live halfway across the country so it definitely wasn’t me.
When I called this store to see what they could do the manager was very rude and told me this “wasn’t her fault” and it “was my problem”, so they didn’t owe me anything.
She then refused to give me her name and hung up on me.
I was expecting at least to be given a phone number of someone else to call, or maybe be sent a coupon code or something to make up for losing all those points but instead I got major attitude and condescension.

I love the diversity of servers. They were kind, genuine, and the Buffalo chicken wrap with the mango smoothie is worth to die for.
