The way they made my order it was messed up completely. Even they don’t know how to do packaging! I ordered 2 wraps with the side order.

If you sell food drinks and let customers eat in business than the customers should have excess to a restroom . I was told by the employees the owner do not allow customers to use their restrooms. I have a business and if you spend money and is a customer you can use the restroom it's a human right .The girl with all the tats on her arm was very rude when i ask to use the restroom. after i spent my money .Then during a code red heat wave the workers would not give a elder woman a cup of water.The manager is a very bad person for the inhuman behavior .

I visited on July 3rd around 3:30 p.m. and placed my order, which was just a smoothie. The place was very busy, which I understand, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes, and during that time, I noticed multiple customers who arrived after me, placed their orders, and received their orders before me.

There was also a gentleman waiting to even place his order, and he stood there for quite a while before anyone acknowledged him. Eventually, someone took his order, and even after that, I was still waiting.

Finally, a staff member came up to me and asked what I had ordered—clearly showing my order hadn’t even been started. She began making it at that point, without offering any explanation or even a simple apology. While I wasn’t necessarily expecting one, the lack of acknowledgment or accountability made the experience worse.

Customer service was unacceptable, and I left very disappointed.

The buffalo chicken wrap was delicious after I got ignored for 20 minutes at Chelsea Tavern without even getting water.

To my man behind the counter, you legitimately made my day better. I hope you have a gainful year.

Hello. I just wanted to say that I’m always coming here to order a Sunset Sunrise, and a flat bread. I want to give a shout out to an employee. One of your workers, her name I believe is Na..she’s soo sweet, very welcoming, and i just love her energy! Kudos to her!

All of the workers are very work driven and polite. They also make smoothies that are amazing. Clean environment also. I would highly recommend .

I’ve brought my girlfriend here to have a good time and I was welcomed with open hospitality and great customer service, prices were reasonably great and their smoothies are out of this world delicious☺️I highly recommend this place for anyone that like healthy food and drinks with great service.
