horrible customer service - no response to multiple attempts to contact via the website and email. They have lost a long-term customer.
I have been trying to contact this company for a month to cancel my subscription and have gotten no response to any of my emails. You are unable to cancel via the website, but can only do so by emailing and they don’t respond. Not knowing what else to do, I am posting a review in hopes that they will finally answer.
