After going there since they opened all was good. Over the past 5 years the customer service, specifically three bartenders, are very disrespectful to me. I have spent thousands of dollars there. For example at one time when I was treated properly I would go there for dinner with my family. That was 25 years ago when my 38 and 37 year old daughters were in elementary school. I've contributed money to people having events at Tylers. When these bartenders started treating me terrible I asked the GM and OWNER, both name John to please let me know what I did to deserve this attitude. Both of them said they talked to the bartenders and responded to me everything was fine. Years after they still totally ignore me. The reality is 2 of 3 bartenders were FIRED! Obviously you don't get fired for no reason. After six months they are back with their same terrible customer service!

We hosted my daughter’s 30th birthday party in the banquet room and I have to say the food was great and the staff was second to none. Kelly was fast to meet our needs. Sorry, I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that tended the bar but he was very friendly and prompt!!

Typically I don’t write reviews, but I really want Tyler’s to do better because it has such great potential with how nice the atmosphere is and the food is typically pretty good. BUT the service is absolutely TERRIBLE, easily the WORST service I have ever had to deal with. The first time I dined there the food & drinks were great, but our server had a nasty attitude. She seemed to be having a bad night or something and was just not kind, but she was on top of serving us. She checked on us multiple times and did her job well. The 2nd time we went was such a disappointment. Our server took our drink orders and brought them out right away, took our food order and then we did not see her until she came to give us our check about 45 mins after we had last seen her. Someone else brought out our food and it was mediocre at best, it came out cold and was not at all worth the price of it. My boyfriend had to go to the bar to get a 2nd drink because our server never came back to check on us after we got our food. The last time we went was the absolute worst experience and the reason we will not be back. Our server came to take our drink order, brought them out right away, took our food order and then we saw her behind the bar with a backpack on as if she was about to leave. We thought ok, we’ll get a new server, her shift ended, we know how the service industry is. So a runner brings out our food which this time was better than the previous time, but then NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE. Just like the previous time my boyfriend had to go to the bar to get a 2nd drink and to get my water refilled, and then we had to flag down another server (who was too busy flirting with the guy at the table next to us, getting kissed on the cheek to do her job) to get our check. I told her we had been sitting there for half an hour AFTER we had finished our meal waiting for our bill and no one had come to help us. She had an attitude and walked away. Then when she brought back our bill she practically threw it on our table, rolled her eyes, and said nothing to us. To the management and/or owner of this establishment, please reflect on all of these bad reviews and do better. There is a very common theme. Your servers are ruining your business!

Amazing Pork Bbq sandwich! Service and food is absolutely wonderful
My fiancé & I met his family at Tyler's to celebrate his nephew's 22nd birthday ??. Our server was EMMA! She was so accommodating, friendly, and literally ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. I ordered the BURRATA (which is an appetizer) for my MEAL itself. To beat describes it, its comparable to bruschetta. Absolutely DE-LISH! ??. Came with (I believe) 3 THICK pieces of a sesame loaf/roll, tomatoes ??, the BURRATA cheese itself, and balsamic glaze. Absolutely Divine! The best way to describe burrata is....kinda looks like a huge mozzarella ball....but with a softer inside. We sat in a room all by ourselves (in the back) which was nice & private bc it wasn't AS loud as the front section.
If you have never been ....YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GO TRY IT OUT! That was NY 1st time there. Ohhhh .....and definitely ask for EMMA!!!!! Thank you Emma for taking great care of us this past Tuesday night.... August 6th.

The food and service were great. The garlic parm wings had a great flavor and were crispy. I would also recommend as a place to watch sports and have a beer. Also, they have a lot of selection when it comes to beer.

We just enjoyed a wonderful meal this evening. We started with the buratta app. Fresh buratta with tomato jam and chopped kalamata olives, the perfect blend of sweet and salty. I then had the shrimp and grits for my entree and it was also good. The "holy" trinity sauce was quite flavorful. I'm so glad I ventured from my normal order, which had also always been yummy.
