I wanted something different and decided to try Tyler's Bar and grill because it was nearby. I've seen how busy they are before so I figured it would be worth trying. I am so glad that I did! The food was very very good. I ordered the BBQ fried chicken sandwich, it has pickled onions and blue cheese on it. The whole chicken fillet comes smothered in barbecue sauce and it's excellent. I didn't get to eat it until I got home and I live about 15 minutes away and then had to run in a store. So I ate it about 30 minutes after I bought it and it was still good. I can't wait to come and dine in and try it fresh out the kitchen! Great job guys..... Oh and they told me 20 minutes and it was ready in exactly 20 minutes. I am full and have no complaints lol

Both my husband and I had the filet sandwich with sauted mushrooms and onions on a brioche bun. It was fabulous. The French fries were delicious as well.

I am writing this review for my daughter. She was so extremely disappointed with the service she and a friend received tonight. Their server completely neglected their table the entire night. Took over 20 minutes to come take their order. Then, it was over an hour before she came back to the table after she was prompted by another waitress asking if she had ever checked on them. Their waters were never refilled. Someone else dropped their food and agreed to bring a dressing, but never did. Their waitress never one time checked on their food, drinks, nothing the entire time. She was not apologetic about forgetting about them. She was chatting at the bar, getting a massage from some guy that went into the kitchen at some point so must have been working there. They have her server name, but I am hesitant to put it here. I asked my daughter to speak to a manager, but the person she was with was so done and just wanted to leave.The place has a lot of promise, but their service is too hit or miss to risk it. I feel bad for the other waitress who suggested to the other that she was neglecting a customer because, ultimately, it hurts all of them.

Visit here often. Service is usually good. However, on this visit, we had to find our waiter each time we needed anything. Placing our order, correcting our order, getting refills, and getting our check. Each time we found him standing at the end of the bar chatting with other employees while they listened to the band that was playing that night, Wednesday, 1/17.

I just think that some of the servers here need to understand that just because they do not know the patrons personally that they should still treat everyone as an important patron. It's getting to the point that I may not want to spend my money here anymore or bring new guests. I moved to the area a year ago and have dined in and ordered take out and delivery from here often but each time it feels like I am an alien by how some of the servers act. We didn't even get greeted while sitting at the bar for about 5 minutes; they walked by us 2xs.
