Not AT ALL what I expected based on the reviews. It was portrayed as an upscale trendy breakfast and brunch. It was actually a glorified fast food restaurant. Self serve/self bus. No ambiance, no music. Big disappointment. However the food was decent.
Vegetarian options: Soup, build your own salad, omelets can all be made without meat. Grill used vegetable oil.

So I've been here three times this week. A friend told me about it and I'm glad she did. So far, I've tried a sandwich, a smoothie, and a quesadilla. All good.
Prices are amazing. Smoothie shop is incredible. Food quality is edible, but can be made with more love and flavor.0

We were so surprised with the choices. Salads, Sandwiches, Chicken Fingers, VERY GOOD burgers. I watched him drop my FRESH burger and look it live. I love this place for its smoothie bar with REAl fruit too! Urban cafe should be in more locations.... Thanks URBAN TEAM for a great visit!

I used Urban Cafe for a four-day conference in Wilmington. Service was great, they were very responsive and flexible for order and delivery changes. The food was excellent and every day they brought different options that were always delicious. I thought it was very well priced. Their staff was friendly, professional, and punctual. They came highly recommended and now I know why. Highly recommend!!!

I raved about receiving a good breakfast being hot, large, fresh, just like homemade and nice sized portions with fast service. A month later, my breakfast was cold, portion (hash brown potatoes) was smaller, the side of fruit was out of a can, (not fresh), a hair was in the grits, and service was slower. “To much of a good thing may be wonderful!” I’ll wait a bit for them to get it together before I will return.

I came in for lunch a couple of times and ate from the grill the server louis is awesome nice guy and very knowledgeable about what he does overall great service and food
