I also ate Waltz from a child to a grown man. Their seasoning is unmatched. However, recently me, my fiancé & my daughter received food poising from them.

The greens smelled & taste like vinegar. The chicken tasted old, the skin was hard & saturated in grease. The potato salad wasn’t too bad.

Food: 2 piece dark meat with Mac and cheese, Mac salad, fries and corn bread 🍗
Comments: The chicken was tasty, but it was a bit more oily than normal for fried chicken. The Mac salad was a bit too sweet. The Mac and cheese were pretty good, just a bit bland. The fries were crunchy. It was very fast to get food after ordering. Everything was great price for the amount of food.

Walts is definitely has the best chicken I've tasted in delaware. I gave food 4 stars because the fries could have been a little better but that chicken is 5 stars

My first time there I thought it was delicious I got 10 pieces chicken and rolls, and few sides. Definitely go back.

my boyfriend showed me this restaurant three years ago and every time I come to visit him in Delaware I make sure to stop by here and get some wings. This reminds me of the southern comfort food I grew up eating- it gives me homemade feelings when i eat it!!!

I really do wish the waltz of Old was still around. This is a poor knock off replica and the prices are outrageous , it’s about two dollars for a can soda. They don’t even make rice pudding anymore.

I have been eating at this establishment for as long as I can remember who I am ??
It’s a small building you might just overlook, but the flavor is unmatched ?
The chicken is seasoned and fried so expertly well that you would think they keep their secret recipe inside a vault 40 feet below the restaurant guarded by blindfolded ninjas ?
The one major, major L here are their biscuits :(
I think they might be the worst biscuits I’ve ever had. They literally detract from the exquisite flavor of the chicken that’s how bland the biscuits are.
