Second time ordering the “saucy” nuggets. Last time they gave me regular chicken nuggets with 4 packs of barbecue sauce. This time they gave me nuggets with a little drizzle of sauce. They need to just remove the item from the menu if they’re unwilling/unable to make it properly.

Presentation is very awful. I bet because the person handing the food to the customers, how would they know this is a issue. Had I'd checked my food before leaving. I WOULD HAVE HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SANDWICH TO BE MADE AND LET THE MANAGER KNOW MY SANDWICH WASH SLOPPY. This isn't the first time for this store. 3 times, yea corporate needs to hear this. I don't care what color you are. Everyone should be properly Trained. 😤

I had a horrible experience today in the drive-thru The young lady had an attitude and took it out on me at as soon as I pulled up very nasty over talking me and rushing me I'm not sure they she thought it was ok and I was being polite even through her ignorance I wish I had corporate's number

Do not order from this place they scammed us. We ordered two baked potatoes, one regular with cheese the other one with chili and bacon and cheese. They did not show up we DoorDash also we ordered lemonade, strawberry lemonade. We only received one when we called to figure out what we could do. They shut their phone off and now our calls won't go through anymore. Don't order from them Send them

They almost always get your order wrong I went there one time and they got my burger wrong 3 times in one setting. The one manager on that night did correct the problem tell me to come back another day for a free sandwich
