When you go in, you’re waiting forever and the workers look at you like you crazy no can I help you not even I’ll be with you in a minute and if you go through the drive-through you get somebody on the window that really don’t like his or her job and don’t wanna be there and I put that on the manager because if the person don’t have a personality, they’re not a good fit to deal with the public put them back there putting salt on the fries. And a lot of the people in there can’t even speak English. This is the worst Wendy’s I ever been to and I’m quite sure I’m not the only one that thinks that.

Went to go and pick up a DoorDash, obviously tried both doors and every single one of them were locked. This is at around 10 PM…because the doors are locked, I go through the drive-through and the manager I guess it was gave me a big attitude and told me that I had to go through the front door and when I tried to explain to him that the doors were locked, he got smart with me. It was extremely disrespectful. He needs another job not in customer service and a trip to the gym.

Went inside to get a combo and was going to wait in line and they told me I had to use the kiosk becasue they weren't accepting cash!! I have never been to a Wendy's that ever said that! The manager was rude and wouldn't help. Thankfully I had my card and was able to pay with it, but really?? There was no ketchup, straws, snd the area where you were supposed to get the ketchup was disgusting!! No clean tables, bathroom was a mess and they weren't busy either....I may never come to this one again...worst service ever!!
This place suck waiting 30 min and I came inside for food all they worry about is door dash and not the people inside and all my food is ice cold I have to send everything back in the manger look like he don't know what he doing and I seen the one girl in front taking the order then I see her make the chilies and put cheese on it with no gloves and then take a another order without washing her hand this person so be fired because she going to get someone sick one day and I will never come back here spend $40 here i should make them give me a refund because everything was cold the only thing good here was the soda because they can't mess up that and they give my frosty to a door dash person and I watch him bring it back in and then they give to me I told them I just watch you give it to a doordash person and they try to lied to me about it
