Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

If you care about your money.this is not the place to go.everyone that works here should be fired!!!! No one there has good people skills. Everything is late or messed up or cold. When ordering from this store prepared to be disappointed!!! As I was and so many others as you can see from there ratings.

This place never has a dull moment. It stays busy! 5-stars to the gentleman who was diligent in making sure I received a bottle of water and the best deal for my dollar.
I have been to Wingstop a few times. I was happy to go to this location in Wilmington, Delaware, until I saw the problems at this place. I did not have a problem with the food here. The hot wings I ordered, with fries, were great. My problem was my wait time, listening to music that wasn't even remotely easy listening, and having nowhere to throw my trash out.
My wait time was 35 minutes. A lot of people were picking up orders, to be fair. In spite of this, I do think the staff could have gotten my order, and others' orders out faster if they were better organized.
I had a problem with the rap music being played. While I normally support businesses playing what most of their customers want to hear, this was not just alternative music. The rap had cursing, and racial slurs. For private listening, that's fine. For a business, I don't think that's appropriate.
I had no trash cans to throw my finished food in, which I thought was ridiculous. While most people get takeout, what about me, and the other few people who dine in sometimes? Since I'm a neat freak, I didn't just leave my lunch on my table, for the staff to pick it up. I threw my eaten food out in one of Shop Rite's trash cans, next to Wing Stop.
To sum this up, while my lunch was great, the service, and atmosphere need improvement. Looking at some other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I love my wings WELL DONE. I certainly appreciate the option. Today I am heartbroken as the Sweet CHILI Glaze is gone. Gone like yesterday,. Please bring it back Mr WingStop dude? Pretty please with SWEET CHILI Glaze on top?🙏😭
I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!
