Just had the first ever WINGSTOP order in my life. I really appreciated that they stay open late every night. What made people feel safer was the presence of a police patrol car nearby. I ordered a sandwich and some chicken tenders. They were a little messy but very tasty.

Picked up an Uber eats order, asked for 5 Mango Habanero, 5 Hawaiian, 20 in total. That put 5 regular buffalo style wings instead. Picked up one of the buffalo wings, as I'm about to bite it, i notice a piece of hair. This is why hair and beard nets need to be worn. First and last time ordering from a Wingstop.

So I was super hungry and I ordered right before closing time and everything was in the bag. Everything was packed really nicely honestly it’s my first time ordering in Delaware and it’s been an amazing experience and they also put extra ketchup so yeah that’s great. Sorry for ordering so late.

Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled. Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75. Won’t be returning and want my money back! Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!

Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.

I normally love wingstop but our black friday night restaurant experience was unforgettable amd was shocked to learn management were prioritising deliveroo orders over their sit-in guests. We were told that our order would be ready in 30 minutes as they are busy, however it did not come after half an hour and were being told that it’d atleast take another 20 min and got offered refund as we can’t wait that long. It was not too busy at restaurant but they were preferring making money via take away and not valuing their guests sitting at restaurant Terrible experience due to in correct info at the time of order and how they prioritise takeaway partners more than their customers However staff was really nice and apologetic but not their mistake

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
