Store manager great. Food blah. This is the first wingstop that doesn’t taste good at all. Fries taste like funnel cake fries. Has a sweet airy taste. Idk but I went here about 5 times the first 2xs great but the last 3 was horrible tasting. First an electric fire taste on the chicken the last two times I had to see if it was me or the food actually taste sweet. It was the dress. I will try again soon as I’m from Philly and loveeee wing stop

Terrible customer service. Please for everybody check your food because they can't label it right and they can't take your order correctly and put the right stuff in the bag and don't try to call back and complain because they will just continue to hang up on you!

I have visited the Wingstop at Concord Pike in Wilmington two times. Each time, I was greeted by wonderful customer service representatives and tended to promptly. I was out of town with my children and my young daughter to use the restroom while waiting. The restroom and restaurant were very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The best part was the food. It was hot, fresh, and delicious !!! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

If you are in the area, trying the Wingstop at Concord Pike in Wilmington Delaware. It is the BEST Wingstop I have ever tried.

When opening the container of my food the chicken was drenched in a puddle of oil. The service was terrible it took over 30 minutes with multiple reminders that I have not received my order.

If I could give less I would. Lacking jn ALL the areas...no hustle, no organization, first and last time here! Garbage. You're waiting at the counter and zero employees approach you and ask if they can help instead you are standing there wondering what is happening...I have never seen anything like it.
