If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They have horrible customer service and the employees are rude. My husband just went in the store to place an order. He stood there for ten mins waiting to be helped by employees. There were two employees who stood there having a conversation never once greeting him or asking if he needed help. When calling the store asking to speak with a manger the employee hung up the phone and tried to tell me that we were never at the store. They need to shut this store down.

Great food, although the atmosphere is rough…I heard curse words and we weren’t allowed to fill our own soda but the women that did for us was very nice. Other times when I have been inside of there some scary people walk in. I am looking for a big atmosphere change.

First time trying this location and it was a massive disappointment. The wings were a total salt bomb and the Cajun Corn was clearly old—shriveled, dark, and tough .To top it off, they completely forgot my drink. 4/10 experience at best. Definitely won't be back.

The employees absolutely ruin this store. We keep giving it a chance because it’s the closest wingstop to us, but every single time there’s either something wrong or missing.. and the wings are usually only like 50% sauced. The employees are rude and don’t care at all. They really need a massive overhaul of this store and the people who work there. It’s actually rare to find employees this bad. Like come on, I have a crappy dead end job too but you have to have at least a little pride. The fact that these people stay employed is actually really sad and just teaches them that this is ok.

On February 3, 2026 placed an online order. Store was closed when I arrived. Went to get order and was refused service. I called police and was told I would be refunded. Manager lied and said I was confrontational and refused to give me the number to corporate. This is truly bad for business. I work at a lawfirm down the street and many of our staff and clients eat here. Manager very rude!
Filled our complaint twice, no response

We go to this location which is a bit farther, because the food presentation was once good, BUT lately, they have gotten lazy, look at the pictures below and tell me that they didn't see all that hair on the chicken! Nasty & inconsiderate. Shame on you all

Pretty sure they tossed my wings in dishwasher detergent which I can forgive I mean maybe the new guy thinks dish soap is part of the sauce recipe or something. I think what’s more concerning is that our food took forever and some of the staff was rude like I’m the jerk because I’m waiting forever for some wings. There’s like 8 people working why is nobody working on our order? We are like the only guests in here lol. This place is going to hemorrhage money, nobody is going to patronize this place and Wingstop is going to get out of the lease as soon as they can. Really wish I hadn’t spent my money here I would’ve been better off converting my money into singles and setting it on fire to stay warm. I can forgive the dish soap in my wings like is that the secret ingredient or something I don’t know it was our first time here. Only get one chance to make a first impression. But to be rude about making me wait 30 minutes for dish soap wings? That’s like diabolical that’s some Bond villain stuff.

Friday 1/23/26 . Went in at 6:30pm waited about 5 mins to be acknowledged , said “Hi I’d like to place an order.” I WAS LITERALLY TOLD FLAT OUT NO ! Because he was “ backed up” 2 other men were in the back not helping at all . Another woman who walked out with me said “ this is so unprofessional .” To which i agreed !

Store manager great. Food blah. This is the first wingstop that doesn’t taste good at all. Fries taste like funnel cake fries. Has a sweet airy taste. Idk but I went here about 5 times the first 2xs great but the last 3 was horrible tasting. First an electric fire taste on the chicken the last two times I had to see if it was me or the food actually taste sweet. It was the dress. I will try again soon as I’m from Philly and loveeee wing stop
