Wyoming Tavern aka Brown's

Went here with a group an hour before last call, when we entered we were literally screamed at “Last call, I can’t get you drinks”. Okay
, cool with us. We will chill and hang out. Except maybe the bartender didn’t understand the flurry of “Okay”’s the group was giving her because she kept repeating it. So despite the fact they won’t serve us drinks we still hang out.

Then when closing another rude bartender/waitress/angry lady comes to our group and tells us “Thank you all for nothing”. I’m a little confused because you are the ones who refused service, so shouldn’t our group be thanking your establishment for “nothing”? Honestly, I wouldn’t even be writing this review if the people in this place weren’t so unwelcoming and rude.

This dive bar itself is just here to give the geriatric alcoholic locals somewhere to drink starting at 9am. Don’t wear shoes you like because the sticky floors might steal them right off your feet. The uneven floors throughout are a safety concern for anyone over the age of 55, which is about 99% of the place at any given time. Food is hit or miss, but that applies to basically any dive bar. Don’t play music on the juke box that the locals don’t like because they will make it known and do what they can to get the song sent to the bottom of the queue.

Okay I think I’ve hit on why I rated Service 1-Star, and the food 1-Star. I would like to explain the only reason I rated the atmosphere 2-Stars is because our group was there to help liven the place up a bit. Otherwise, I bet that also falls under 1-Star majority of the time as well.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.

Great lunch menu. Very reasonable

A neighborhood bar with a wild side. It's been around a very very long time. Lots of love in this little bar for many generations it's where your parents take you when you turn 21. Great food and a unique atmosphere that will surprise any newcomer. Tall people watch your head. 🙄😁

This place constantly takes 20 minutes over the estimated food time so i stopped eating there. I went tonight to get beer and they were closed 7:45pm. Posted that they are open at 8. This place has really lost any type of customer service

This place is awesome. Great food great drinks I love a place that still has a dartboard etc. etc. It's nice to have the package store next to the barOne more shout out on the food really really good

Found this place while visiting my parents. Fantastic community in here, food was great and atmosphere was inviting. Will definitely be back.

Stopped by to find all Classes Reunion people...I was from class of '81.Only knew one person there, Vince S. from class of '80.
