I have never been a JJ fan until I entered this location and tried their product, topped off with stellar customer service. That is hard to come by these days.“
“They never get it wrong and never take very long. New bonus for me - I know they've had them a while - unwiches! Great for my high protein diet resulting in -80 pounds towards a loss of 126. Unwiches are going to help a lot! Wrapped in the freshest, crispy lettuce instead of a roll. Low carb. YMMV as I've only tried the one variety so far.“
“The Ultimate Italian is the best Italian Sub Ive had. The store is always spotless, staff always friendly, food is consistently made (nothing worse than your food tasting different at other locations or cold when you frequent a restaurant) and they are fast. I been to 3 or 4 different JJs and its always consistent. This is how you get repeat customers.“

“I enjoyed the Subs and cookies and my friend loved it! He definitely enjoyed the little sugar cookie and I enjoyed the chocolate chunk cookie. Definitely would recommend this place they got our order just right! ❤
It was pretty quick, I loved the lettuce bacon sub and being this was my friend's first time coming here, he wanted to try it out.

“The lady with the star tattoo on her right forearm was super nice and helpful :) working on 6/4 around 3 pm. It's refreshing to have a good experience in a fast casual dining restaurant because now a days it's hard to find! She deserves a raise bc she's so nice“

“I'd been driving around Jacksonville all day and my mom and I were hungry, however, I don't like fast food. Then I remembered that my mother LOVES the gargantuan. Its no longer on the menu, but they were able to make it for her, so that hit the spot. I also love the day old bread because Im able to make another sandwich with the extra meat from the gargantuan.“

From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me warmly and patiently guided me through the menu, as I hadn't been there in a while. His friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home.I decided to try the Bootlegger sandwich, and I was blown away by how quickly it was made and how delicious it tasted!
