“I’ve been to a few Marcos in different states I’ve lived in. This one is by far the best and it’s not close. The pizza at this location on particular is significantly better than other locations around Jax.
Owners were unbelievably kind when I spoke to them. Thank you for being the go to spot and being consistent!“
“I never have any issues with this place because the food is always good. A recent visit I had this evening made me want to submit a review however. I typically order directly from the site but today I ordered via DoorDash and there’s no place to request square cut pizza which I usually get. Well when I received my pizza it was my usual square cut! Not sure if anyone remembered that’s what I usually like and decided to go ahead and square cut it for me or if it was a coincidence but it made me feel happy and valued as a customer. Thanks Marcos!“
“I enjoy the pizzas here. Always delicious. But one thing you guys can never get right is cutting a thin crust in triangles. I check the box for triangles cut every time and it comes cut in squares. Please please cut the pizza the way I order it and not how you think it should be.
Great pizzas, made well, great delivery, but can't cut pizza as ordered. It's weird.“
“Stopped in and ordered pizza to go. It was ready in about 10-15 minutes. Pizza was very good and the large size was big enough to satisfy three very hungry people.
Parking: We went late at night and some of the other businesses around it were closed so there was plenty of parking at the time.“
“I ordered through the website and it was sent out via Doordash, which is usually fine, but this time my drivers car broke down on the side of the road. I understand things happen that's out of our control, so I called the store and Marie was super helpful in resolving the issue!“
“Everytime we have Marcos it is great. Tonight I had a problem with my order. The team was kind enough to fix it efficiently. Then the door dasher accidentally gave me the wrong order. The employees called me before I could call them to tell me they were sending the correct order and to keep what I had. They did the same for the other person as well. I just have to say I feel like they went over and beyond. And their pizza is waaaaay better than the other pizza places. Give them a try they have a great deal on Medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99. Our family loves MARCOS!“
“Amazing pizza, probably the best I’ve had a while. Fluffy crust, and pizzas always taste fresh. They always have amazing deals going on as well which just makes the experience overall better. Staff are very kind as well, and the place is very tidy. Will come back again!“
