I really enjoyed this quaint buffet with southern charm and delightful hospitality. Fairly priced and good quality for your money. Don't skip the sweet tea!

We were a little apprehensive at first after paying because the breakfast buffet was out of almost everything except grits and bacon however, the server quickly brought out the missing items; to which everyone devoured. We would definitely be returning to Brown's Country Buffet in Alachua, FL.

Stopped here on a road trip, food was great. We had the buffet weekend breakfast. 4 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler. Staff was friendly and service was really good 👍 Definitely would stop back here next time we come down!

Only a few food options, many of them not tasty and/or almost cold. Over priced for what you get for dinner. The place is in a bad condition and is partly very dirty.

Change in ownership, food buffet is allowed to go empty of selections. Don’t go if you don’t want to wait for certain foods.

Much against my request, my wife and I carried my 94 year old father in law out for b'fast at Browns this morning. After getting three senior discounts, and military discount we paid $41.00 for a poor excuse of a b'fast. Both the tater tots and hash browns were soaked in grease and inedible, The sausage patties, and links were covered in water I am assuming to keep them from drying out, and the coffee was like colored water. The biscuits and grits with sausage gravy was good. Two years ago and before, it was a wonderful place and I use to carry my 92 year old mom up for fresh cooked vegetables of all kinds, and some of the best fried chicken. Their pork chop night was always packed according to friends, with some of the friendliest waiters and waitresses. It's a shame that it has gotten to this state after being such a positive draw to a small community like Alachua.
OMG we had breakfast and everything was so good. Our waitress was super friendly. Definitely want to go back and try lunch or dinner.

This place wad horrible. Everything from the food to the building itself. Stay away, much nicer buffets to choose from.
