I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Burger King recently. Upon entering the restaurant, I stood waiting to be served for about five minutes as several workers passed by and ignored me. When I finally asked if I could place my order at the register or if I needed to use the tablets, a worker responded with attitude, suggesting that if I couldn't wait, I should leave and get food elsewhere. This response was unexpected and quite shocking.
I then requested to speak with a manager to explain the situation. Unfortunately, when I asked for the name of the worker who had been rude to me, the manager refused to provide it. Despite this, I decided to proceed with ordering my meal. However, the manager informed me that they did not have to serve me food. I explained that, like them, I was working and simply wanted to buy some food since I hadn't eaten breakfast yet. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the manager insisted that they would not serve me.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was clearly lacking during my visit. I hope that Burger King addresses these issues to ensure better customer service in the future.

Staff was rude and disrespectful because I missed the first window and went to the second. Some lady told me that she was related to the district Manager and I could just leave I was very confused because it’s holiday time and I thought people would be kinder. I won’t be back to any Burger King ever again every time I come there’s a bad experience because they hire people that really don’t care and they’re nasty and mean a lot of times merry Xmas

Walked in there with my mom, and the cashier was dealing with a lady, just talking to her, for a good while, nobody asked us, and we just walked out, poor service, and bad mouthing a lot

Had to give kudos to this location because fullfilled their promise of "have it you way"! I ordered this double whopper, heavy mayo, heavy onions, off the broiler, cut in half. And I got all of the above! This made it worth what I paid. Thanks BK!

Worst place I've ever ate. We ordered at 10:07 finally got our food at 10:24. Terry took our card and didn't give it back for 10 mins. And was on her personal phone. Ordered a mocha ice coffee it was spoiled and didn't get our lg. Hashbrowns.

Will never go again. Benn there a few times and it's a bad experience every time. On my recent trip, I ordered a sausage platter, he asked if I wanted pancakes, I said, no pancakes. He then asked if I wanted a side of sausage, I said sure. Paid at the first window, got to the second and he hands me a piece of sausage and a bottled water. He then argued that I only ordered a side of sausage. I left, and went to wendys. Will not go back! Period!

The entire team is extremely friendly, professional and patient. I came in just before closing, I requested all fresh food and they obliged - freshly cooked fries, onion rings and well-done whopper. 10 out of 10 - I recommend!

We ordered and pulled to the window to pay and no one was there to take our money. There was a BK employee there on the phone but she wouldn’t take our money until she finished her call. Finally she took our money and gave us no receipt…we pulled to the second window and got our food, we pulled away. We orders double whoppers, and received single whoppers. One was very rare and inedible. Worst BK I’ve ever been to.
