Ive been having an EXCELLENT Experience at burger king alachua. Im a regular every morning. And i get treated like im at home, such a friendly atmosphere. The managers are awesome, I cant bring myself to believe these comments about management. Sounds like a bunch of Karens that couldn’t get their way.

I had the misfortune to interact with a manager, Deidre Whiteley. The website negative reviews about this manager in particular. I had placed an order through Uber eats. The order was incorrect. I called the store right away on the night we ordered, June 16th. The manager at that time, Brittany, said that she would have the order remade. I told her I couldn't come pick it up that night. She said she would write my name down and that I just needed to come up any order would be remade. I went today my first opportunity when I asked if Britney was working, I was told Britney wasn't there. I was also told that she hadn't reported to work, that she hadn't called to explain why, that she was a bad manager, and after I explained what I was there for, I was told that Britney didn't understand policy. I was told that my order would not be remade. When I asked if I was just out the money for the wrong items on the order Ms. Whiteley was not forthcoming with a resolution. She was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Eventually, she said that I should contact Uber eats about a refund. I asked how long she had been a manager. She said she had been a manager a long time and that she was very good at her job. If she had been good at her job, she never would have gossiped about the other manager, she would have told me what the process was for the refund and I would have been out of the store in less than a minute. Her first reaction was to gossip about a co-worker and to be obscure about the policy for refund. There are numerous complaints on this website. I asked for a higher level manager which was her suggestion. She told me, after she said a higher level manager was needed, that she would not give me the name of a higher level manager. I asked about the corporate office. She said this location was a franchise. I asked for the name of the franchise owner. She refused to give the name of the person that owns this store Based on the number of complaints about this manager, Deidre Whiteley, the franchise owner to take a look at her behavior. I got her name from one of the other complaints on the website. I called the store did you talk with her again. I realized that it was a foolhardy mission. Instead, I'll try to find the name of the franchise owner and make a report. Needless to say, we won't be going to this Burger King location anymore.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Burger King recently. Upon entering the restaurant, I stood waiting to be served for about five minutes as several workers passed by and ignored me. When I finally asked if I could place my order at the register or if I needed to use the tablets, a worker responded with attitude, suggesting that if I couldn't wait, I should leave and get food elsewhere. This response was unexpected and quite shocking.
I then requested to speak with a manager to explain the situation. Unfortunately, when I asked for the name of the worker who had been rude to me, the manager refused to provide it. Despite this, I decided to proceed with ordering my meal. However, the manager informed me that they did not have to serve me food. I explained that, like them, I was working and simply wanted to buy some food since I hadn't eaten breakfast yet. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the manager insisted that they would not serve me.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was clearly lacking during my visit. I hope that Burger King addresses these issues to ensure better customer service in the future.

Staff was rude and disrespectful because I missed the first window and went to the second. Some lady told me that she was related to the district Manager and I could just leave I was very confused because it’s holiday time and I thought people would be kinder. I won’t be back to any Burger King ever again every time I come there’s a bad experience because they hire people that really don’t care and they’re nasty and mean a lot of times merry Xmas

Walked in there with my mom, and the cashier was dealing with a lady, just talking to her, for a good while, nobody asked us, and we just walked out, poor service, and bad mouthing a lot

Had to give kudos to this location because fullfilled their promise of "have it you way"! I ordered this double whopper, heavy mayo, heavy onions, off the broiler, cut in half. And I got all of the above! This made it worth what I paid. Thanks BK!

Worst place I've ever ate. We ordered at 10:07 finally got our food at 10:24. Terry took our card and didn't give it back for 10 mins. And was on her personal phone. Ordered a mocha ice coffee it was spoiled and didn't get our lg. Hashbrowns.
