Awesome atmosphere for the family with some amazing brews. Some of the best ipa’s I’ve had from any breweries in the southeast! Forsure going to be a stop whenever we’re in the area🍻

Such an Awesome brewery a few minutes outside of Gainesville and it was my first time visiting the tech hub area. I had a great experience trying out a few of the NA drinks, will come back for the food and food trucks another time. The Brewery is spacious with a few board games. I'll definitely be coming back to visit again.

Another awesome time at Daft Cow! Wonderful friends…great conversation, yummy beer (hubby enjoyed How Now Brown Cow and I just had a root beer this time——deeeeelicious) and terrific music (thank you Corey Brooker!)

Daft Cow Brewery is located within the San Felasco Tech Center just south of Alachua in the back north of the complex.

The brewery is the cleanest brewery I have ever visited and that includes the two single stall room co-ed bathrooms. Two seating areas with the bar sandwiched in-between. There is an event room just as large as the brewery space accessible through large adjacent doors. This space is available for rent and houses local bands for customer entertainment on various nights and brewery events which include Bingo and Trivia.

The whole complex is powered by solar panels in the walkway corridor and features a food truck on most days. The brewery has their own small offerings of food. Sorry no picts of either the food or beverage menu. However, their website is up to date with that information.

The brewmaster seems to favor IPA's with about six to seven different types. We love IPA's so this is great for us. He also has his recipes expertly down pat. This guy has everything down to a science and all of his offerings of brews are incredible. Sizes include 5, 10, and 16 ounce glasses with the option to get your own growler filled. Taste samples are happily provided if unsure about making a choice. If alcohol isn't your thing, they offer non-alcoholic beverages.

Leashed dog and child friendly with games on the premises. I highly recommend giving this brewery a try.

Fun place in a posh industrial park. It's not what you might expect here, but it's cool, and the beer is good.

Good brewery embedded within a business park. The location off the campus it resides in is a bit difficult to turn in and out of as it’s just off of a highway, and it wasn’t very clear where the establishment was at first. It seems like a good spot for business folks and residents in the area, not the most available spot for folks traveling through the area. Beer selection is good, giant pretzel is okay.

It's great to have a local watering hole that is both local with well brewed beers. Lots of space inside and out.
