This locations runs as a 5 star restaurant. We had 4 moms and 10 young kids visit earlier today. What a positive experience. Extremely clean! The service was impeccable. The manager was so friendly at the counter and again when he brought out our food. We will definitely be driving further out to this specific location again!

We showed up 5 minutes before closing time with a car full of hungry kids and they refused to serve us. Manager was at the window and told us to leave. We ended up having to go eat at the Burger King across the street.

Ordered a plain double cheeseburger. They put American, Swiss, and bacon on it. I refuse to eat here again, it’s happened 3 times, not gonna waste my money with people who can’t stand there and read a screen correctly. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

I recently visited DQ in Alachua and had an amazing experience! The customer service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the new and beautiful location added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. The manager and staff were super cool and very friendly, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this DQ location to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Take advantage of the new space. It's clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful and it's not too busy. It's just a little hard to see from US-441
