This locations runs as a 5 star restaurant. We had 4 moms and 10 young kids visit earlier today. What a positive experience. Extremely clean! The service was impeccable. The manager was so friendly at the counter and again when he brought out our food. We will definitely be driving further out to this specific location again!
I recently visited DQ in Alachua and had an amazing experience! The customer service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the new and beautiful location added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. The manager and staff were super cool and very friendly, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this DQ location to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
6/8/24 *11:30-12 whoever ran this shift and whoever does the hiring at this location knows what they are doing. As a previous AGM at a fast food establishment, it seems to be hard to keep employees and motivate younger people to work in service. This crew set a great example.
