Domino's Pizza

We had this pizza delivered by Maria tonight. I reported on the app and via Domino's online form, but this is so ridiculous I am also leaving a review. It's as if she physically smashed it.

Slow as molasses!!! Very inconsiderate of people’s time.

I was going to give a 1 star the last 2 times I came and this is why.
1. They gave my order to someone else and that person open the pizza in his car and he brought it back because he realized it wasn’t his I kept waiting and when I asked for mine they gave me the ones he took. Of course I told them to remake it not only because they were sitting there, but also because someone else opened it. and they got upset at me !

2nd: they gave me the wrong order and lady got upset because I asked to replaced it and give me what I asked for also showed her the receipt which said what I wanted and they gave me something else

3rd: came today and there was only 2 people working which 1 of them was new. Poor kid was stressed out because of all the orders and the other guy who seems to be very experience was also stressed out and disrespectful now this last point is not to point them out but the poor management… because those 2 are not to blame and they were working like crazy

1st thing I noticed was none of the employees, including the manager were working with gloves on, as they would move around grabbing pans, touching money and other things then touching all the food. It was disgusting. There were 4 or 5 ppl there and not one of them acknowledged my presence until I said hello. I walked out and will not be back

Zuniga the manager is absolutely amazing!!! Everytime we have gotten pizza when she has worked she has made put in 110%!! She is always on top of EVERYTHING at the store and takes her customers opinions extremely serious. Anytime I have had a concern she has been on top of it! Hands down the best pizza I've ever had from ANYWHERE! I will only order when she is working!!! My son just got out of living in the hospital for a year full of chemotherapy and even he won't eat the pizza unless SHE MAKES IT!!

Whoever was working at 11pm on 8/2 made the best Pizza ever. The crust was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor was amazing because the toppings were balanced and spread out perfect. It was just so much better than the dominoes in my home town. Chef's kiss. Don't know who made it but your dominoes should call up the staff in brevard and give them some training.

My handmade pan pizza had no sauce and no cheese. My cheesy bread had no cheese. When I took my order back the young lady Zuniga actually used her FINGER to touch the DROP of sauce they had put on pizza! There's needs to be some way to rate with absolutely no stars!! Goodbye Domino's!

When the computer systems went down in alachua Florida , the manager and staff did such an amazing job dealing with rude customers. No matter what the manager was smiling and very professional. This is why we continue to come back.

Waited over 1.5 hour and they never delivered my order and when we called to check they told us it was out for delivery so we waited and it still never came. So then we had to call a second time for them to answer and tell us that they will get our food when they can get a driver. We Had them cancel our order and the lady proceeded to hang up on us. Terrible service so unprofessional.
