All the employees in the store were very cordial to me with the exception of Layla. She was rude and responded with an attitude when I asked about the status of my order. She also intentionally skipped making my order and had me wait over 30 mins more in addition to the 30 mins already waited to start making the order after she said it was only 10 more minutes. I’m a regular costumer and never had to deal with an employee with such poor costumer service skills and willing to work.

This was the second time I have had Domino’s pizza and Zuniga King was super nice to me and took time to show me how to use your app. She has my business for now on she goes above and beyond her job tittle we need more people like her in customer service again thank you for great service and the best pizza I ever had

Fast, friendly service on a busy Friday night but still super quick, great quality, friendly staff. Greeted me when I walked in despite being busy imside & they double checked my order, it was hot & delicious.

Super friendly staff. I sat outside with my son and they brought my pizza out to me with a few plates and napkins without me even asking. The pizza was pretty and tasted great. I will be back

Tried again on 5/18/25, ordered curbside delivery. Order said 11-20 minutes. Sat there 25 minutes after that 20 before calling them to ask where my order was. Person on phone told me it was coming out of the oven. 5 minutes after that call I get a text alert that it was just then put into the oven. HORRENDOUS customer service.

Big shout out to Zonica for holding the place down! She was the manager on shift, and it was crazy busy. She handled my order while still helping other employees. My order was perfect!

Didn’t even get to order. I called in and asked if they even took orders over the phone and just got hung up on the person that answered sounded like he said his name was David or something like that. It was just quite rude. I understand prank calls happen, but when that was the only question I asked and he didn’t even respond. He just hung up. It was very rude.

We all loved the pizza we use to order from the place in Arcadia Florida and it always tasted flour the pizza we got tonight was fantastic from Alachua fl and Valarie who delivered it was very nice. Thank you
