Hello Duncan my name is Elijah I work next door at Mavis I was simply to put having a very very early start to my morning with only 5 hours of sleep last night since I clocked out late as well as got up very early for my next day I come into Duncan for a cup of coffee and of course being that I'm tired chose too late my head down on the table granted having my skateboard with me and my backpack I do not trust my my belongings to be on the floor where somebody who I would be not aware of could just walk up and take so I left them right in front of me where I can see him at all times just to be bothered by some gentleman wearing a gold chain necklace who is very much indeed of management staff to tell me that I was not allowed to do such things so I will not be coming back and as well as I'm going to keep this review posted and share with all my friends of the discrepancy in service have a good day.

Staff were all in the back working on the drive thru. One person was left to man the front by himself and there was a line out the door. He kept asking for help and no one was really doing anything. Attitude’s were dismal and uncaring. Ended up paying for a signature latte and settled for an ice coffee after waiting about 15min. I wanted to ask for a donut to cover the extra cost I lost out on but just felt bad for the guy and didn’t want to add more work. When I later opened my sausage egg and cheese on a bagel from the back, it was on a wheat bagel of some sort instead of plain, so it was sweet. Pretty bummed about what I paid for that experience.

Carrie was very rude and not very helpful, most of the team seemed stressed out, waited 20 minutes just for them to box up our donuts. Would recommend hiring new staff

I always order online and pick it up through the drive-thru. But no matter who's there my order is always correct always tastes good and is always to me on time. Recently, I ordered a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, and it was nasty, completely inedible! I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. Add to that, the sausage was just slightly bigger than a postage stamp. I know all of these places are trying to find creative ways to keep costs down, but this is ridiculous. However, given how awful it tasted, less was much better than more. I will never, EVER order food there again.
I've been coming here for my espresso shaking drank and breakfast sandwich. Every time has been wonderful. Everyone is super nice and never messed up or forgot anything on my order. Thank you for awesome.

Absolutely horrible experience yesterday afternoon. I had a DoorDash order and when I first went in the guy was in the back talking to someone so I patiently waited for more than five minutes and when he came out I smiled and said I’m here for the order & he goes “I just told the last dasher we don’t have that! We don’t have donuts! You can look at the case! See! No donuts! “ I’m just standing there shocked because all he had to say was they didn’t have it and I would’ve said ok but instead he was aggressive and rude. Absolutely terrible customer service & the white male working yesterday should not be working there & what dunkin does not have donuts??? It wasn’t even near closing time. Just because he was having a bad day didn’t give him the right to take it out on a person who was being kind and patient with him. From the looks of the other reviews you should let him go.
