I always order online and pick it up through the drive-thru. But no matter who's there my order is always correct always tastes good and is always to me on time. Today specifically, Friday August 29th, the gentleman working the drive-thru loved his attitude. Hope everyone there continues to have a great day! šŸ’š

Recently, I ordered a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, and it was nasty, completely inedible! I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. Add to that, the sausage was just slightly bigger than a postage stamp. I know all of these places are trying to find creative ways to keep costs down, but this is ridiculous. However, given how awful it tasted, less was much better than more. I will never, EVER order food there again.

Absolutely horrible experience yesterday afternoon. I had a DoorDash order and when I first went in the guy was in the back talking to someone so I patiently waited for more than five minutes and when he came out I smiled and said I’m here for the order & he goes ā€œI just told the last dasher we don’t have that! We don’t have donuts! You can look at the case! See! No donuts! ā€œ I’m just standing there shocked because all he had to say was they didn’t have it and I would’ve said ok but instead he was aggressive and rude. Absolutely terrible customer service & the white male working yesterday should not be working there & what dunkin does not have donuts??? It wasn’t even near closing time. Just because he was having a bad day didn’t give him the right to take it out on a person who was being kind and patient with him. From the looks of the other reviews you should let him go.

No rating posted in the front. The coffee was way overly creamed. When the coffee arrived, it was not stirred at all. The lid was covered with the flavor pump syrup. It then took 15 minutes to get a sandwich. Once we got the sandwich, we asked for a new lid of course. SHE PROCEEDED TO GIVE US A LID WITH NO GLOVE ON, AND HER DIRTY (TO THE POINT OF DISCOLORATION) FINGERNAIL INSIDE OF THE LID. I was speechless and then said, uhh can I get one with the hand that has a glove ? Quite literally baffled by how bad of a dunkin it was.

I have been to this Dunkin a few times since my other half likes his mocha coffees I always get a iced caramel macchiato and each time I get a macchiato unsweet no Carmel just espresso and milk and bitter at this point Ill just stick with ellianos at least they listen and get the order right

Horrible service and very unprofessional! Used the drive thru to order 2 cups of coffee, after stating my order the employee asked to come to the window and state my order again. Before they walked away, I confirmed what I was ordering (2 hazelnut dunkalatte). At this point I stated my order 3 times, the employees were unprofessional discussing matters of another employee in front of me and got my order wrong. After taking their time, the employee proceeded to try and hand me the wrong order and stated ā€œoh, you wanted a dunkalatte??ā€ Luckily, their sense of urgency is mediocre and they forgot to charge. I refused whatever coffee they lazily made and left. Better employees are desperately needed here. It’s embarrassing! Thankfully we have a Wawa in town now.

Will not return EVER! THIEVES! The manager stole the rest of our money from our gift card. Went the first time with a $25 g/c in the drive through. Manager moving so fast and talking so fast forgot to give us our receipt and gift card back. As I pulled away I noticed and immediately stopped and walked back up to the window where he picked a gift card up from I’m assuming the trash behind the window on the floor and gave us the gift card with a random receipt. Didn’t think anything of it at the time as I’m standing in the drive through window now holding up morning traffic. I go to use the remainder of the balance which should have been @ $18.91 left and was told there’s nothing on the card. Moral of the story they steal your money then don’t even make it right! I understand mistakes but don’t steal from my 10 year old daughter! WE WONT BE BACK!!! Pic of receipt is from the first trip with our balance being $18.91.. well it was not when we went this trip with a zero balance!!!!!! Like he took the rest as his tip or some crap!!!!!!
