My experience today let me down. I frequent this Ellianos, as it is on my way to work. Normally, I love everything that I buy. Today, however, was a disappointment, to say the least.
I ordered the Carmela freezer. Something I have ordered numerous times before without issue. The freezers are supposed to be creamy, and smooth. Mine was all ice. I watched the employee make it. She didn't make enough to fill the cup. She could not even pour it into the cup, it wasn't smooth. She had to bang the blender to get it out. And it only filled the cup maybe 3/4 of the way. She filled the rest with whipped cream.
I was very disappointed with my drink. I could not even drink it, as it was mostly ice, I had to wait for it to melt.
I go to Ellianos because of the high quality. It sets the tone for my morning, and this morning disappointment was the tone it set.
Consistency is key to returning customers. If I order the same drink, I hope, and expect it to be the same quality every time.

Coffee is awesome but this location refuses to take phone number for rewards. They claim it’s policy. Why would that even be a thing? Come on now. Other locations do it no issue.!! When I said this, she said it’s the owner of the franchise that decides. Anyways… go get your coffee….be sure to dig out your phone, waist time & sit there why they try 10 times to scan your code on your app.

Stumbled upon Elliano's...perfect. Drive thru service was very professional and friendly, however, the hot coffee we ordered was served iced....and the iced coffee we ordered was served hot. Careless! We didn't notice until we had driven away and we were ok just trading drinks but it shouldn't have occurred. Better luck next time I hope.

Came today and were extremely slow, so not the place you want to go if you are in a hurry. They also forgot a drink and when they made it, it was wrong. Usually a top notch place but today it wasn't happening.

It was pouring rain yet she was standing at the window waiting as I pulled up. Friendly staff and excellent service!
The decaf coffee is NOT good the machine doesn't pull enough and it makes it very watery... The owner needs to do something about it. I'm not going back to the alachua location. If you want a good decaf espresso go to the Tower rd location in Gainesville.

I love this place so much the drinks are so delicious reasonably priced the food is great and the people are always nice helpful and friendly quick service and the perfect place to stop for an afternoon pick-me-up ❤️
I like to stop going and coming back from Alabama and I go to Alabama a lot. Alachua's Ellianos beats the one in Gainesville hands down every time! Sorry Gainesville but you need to step it up!

Emma and Val made the experience feel like no other, not only did I get such an amazing coffee but they gave me a sense of hope and being. My life changed after leaving Ellianos that day. I now can leave the house in the morning with a sense of purpose all because they revived my hope for humanity. I had all but given up on our society as a whole, but the kindness they shared with me that day changed everything. I’d even take the step to compare them to the likes of the greats like Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, and even Nicholas Cage. Well done friends, keep up the amazing work and don’t change a thing about what you are doing there.
