Showed up at 10:45am to order pizza. All doors locked with 1 guy in the back ignoring people
Everything I walk in Michelle is hard work by herself she's very nice and professional we enjoy coming to this location cause of her God bless 🙌

The quality I get at this location is always great! They use the proper amount of toppings and cheese. Employees are polite and know what they are doing. Also on my way home, so that is a plus also!

Clean restaurant, service was okay, thought we had gotten something different than we ordered, when we went in to ask about it, the team member was not as friendly about it as we were expecting. He wasn't rude, just short.

Best Pizza Ever! Ordered Cheeseburger Pizza with everything crust, well done because I like crispy crust. First time having Hungry Howie's. It was worth it!

Ordered 2 Medium pizzas & Cheesy bread to go. Extremely, disappointed to discover both pizzas & bread were ALL undercooked & very doughy! Especially, the pizza! Serving let alone consuming raw & or undercooked dough can be a serious health hazard & cause harm!
I've worked at one of the busiest pizza huts in Jacksonville before and can understand how stressful and backed up things can get when it's busy. What I don't understand is how out of 3 times trying to order food here, each time get told it will be 20 minutes and was made to wait OVER AN HOUR as the employees just basically ignore you for a SINGLE PIZZA. This last time ( 1/20/2025 at approximately 7:26pm est) was the most inappropriate and unprofessional I've seen the employees here behave. After waiting 40 minutes ( again, was told 20) I tried to inquire on the progress of the meal and the employees was just bumbling around, looking dazed and couldn't find my order. After another 20ish minutes of waiting, I had another employee repeatedly ask for, and mockingly repeat the incorrect name. After voicing my displeasure and attempting to leave due to not having the tolerance to deal with this childish behavior, the second employee ran out of the door of the establishment screaming at me as I was attempting to leave
This was beyond unprofessional, inappropriate and is just downright immature. You will never have my patronage again

We purchased a howie maui pizza on Sunday, December 29, 2024. My husband and son ate this for lunch and my daughter decided to have a piece later. As she got it out of the box, she noticed that there was green on the side of her slice. Now, mind you, the howie maui has sauce, cheese, meat and pineapple on it…. that’s it! There should be no green on the pizza, as my husband explained to Michelle, when she so rudely insisted that this was not mold! And to make matters worse, she couldn’t give him a refund since it was the day after, not the day of! BUT, she could give him a credit for another pizza LOL. We would never take a chance on getting another MOLDY pizza from this place. Also, when we called the next day to speak to Dennis, the manager, we were repeatedly hung up on. I know this because my daughter called from another number and her calls were answered. Buyer beware!! And I do have pictures. I couldn’t find the option to post them with this review.

I love Hungry Howie's pizza, but it's not what made me want to leave a review.
The man working the closing shift tonight, September 20th, is a gem. I wasn't having a great night and his demeanor was so pleasant. He'll never know how appreciative I was of this interaction. I've seen him a few times and I've never once experienced him be anything less than kind. I wanted to thank him by name, but it's not on my receipt. Regardless, thank you to him!
