Trying to work self service kiosk could not find Tuesday special after asking for help from an employee she acted like we were bothering her she got a big attatude. KFC resturants in Gainesville are alot more helpfull when ordering. ( DON'T Go To Alachua FL. KFC)

The lady behind the counter treated me like I was stupid when I asked if they had sweet tea behind the counter. The dispenser was out so I asked if they had any behind the counter, she then, in a rude tone as if she was talking down to me, told me they had some out in the dining area as if I hadn’t already checked it. 09-30-2024

I would not stop here again. We dined in when it was not busy at all. The women's bathroom had zero toilet paper and the men's bathroom had zero hand towels or a dryer for your hands. When we wanted to order with a person, not one person was upfront to help us or welcome us. We used the computers but also needed help ordering what we wanted and had zero assistance. There was a string like substance in our fries but again - no one was there to even tell, so we left.

I pulled up in drive thru and girl says something on speaker I say what ?? She replies what ?? I say I didn't hear u she says I didn't hear u in a very smerky way . I say I'm sry i couldn't hear u she replies with well can u hear me what do u want to order . I say nothing now as i drive around to leave 2 employee's was standing in drive thru window give out 2 hands middle fingers. Service here is sketchy take ur chances but tonight was over the top. Lucky I'm not the type person to snap them little birds of both hands they was holding up why ppl still have their job is behind me . I hope management upper management see this and turns things around I'd rather KFC than Popeyes or zakbys . But I will not pay to be treated with such disrespect. In reading the reviews this is a constant thing .

Went thru the drive-thru in Alachua 4:45pm Saturday. Ordered a 3-piece original recipe meal w/ 2 sides. Was told they were out of bbq beans. Ordered a 2nd 3-piece original meal. Was told they were now out of original recipe and only had extra crispy. What?? How could KFC be OUT of original recipe fried chicken before 5pm?? The girls said "we've been busy". Huh? You don't close for several more hours! You don't make more when it gets low?? Sounds more like "we've been lazy". Horrible.

My experience at the KFC drive thru this evening was below expectations. I pulled up to order and the first thing get is the cashier chomping on ice through the speaker. I ordered a 6pc tender, large mash w/gravy & 4 biscuits. They asked if I wanted dipping sauce, and I asked for honey mustard. I received none. When I pulled up to the window, they asked if I wanted anything else, I asked for butter and honey for the biscuits. I received no butter. I get home, and my tenders are smaller than usual and are far from fresh. On the positive side, the biscuits were hot & fluffy, and you can't really mess up mash & gravy. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at this KFC location. It's usually always hot & fresh, but this evening had me disappointed for sure. Thanks for listening.
