Come here at least once a week for lunch and I am never disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff is always super friendly and makes me aware if there is a wait on food. Almost always greeted by cashier Dana and it is always a pleasure to see her and the staffs smiling faces. Best experience at any kfc ever

Don’t come here! They are soooooooooooo rude here! I asked a simple question and they said I’m drunk when I have the flu! Don’t come here! Very poor customer service. I even asked the lady at the drive thru what options there are, she didn’t even have the decency to respond! DONT COME TO THIS BRANCH! Very rude!!!

The experience was good, but unfortunately they don't offer a sugar substitute other than pink saccrin sugar substitute. No yellow was available and if ordering in the app, it has no unsweet tea option, in the drinks section when ordering online.

Went through drive through on 10/26 ordered $11.00 3 piece tender meal. Drove home 10 minutes. The tenders were chewy and cold. We couldn’t eat them. I called up there and they said they can’t be tough or cold cause they been busy. They totally ripped me off. We won’t ever eat there again.

My family of 5 ordered togo from here. Upon receiving our order, it was missing an entire classic chicken sandwich combo! We went in and told them they forgot an entire combo which included 5 nuggets, a chicken sandwich, a side of Mac and cheese and a drink. They handed me just a drink and a bag, we got home and the only thing they gave me was the sandwich. So even when they “fixed” their mistake, they still forgot the entire meal and just gave me the sandwich!! I want reimbursed! The food was mediocre, the fries were completely cold, despite being parked for 20-30 minutes!

I ordered a 3 peice white mesl they gave me a 2 peice dark. I am so damn mad. They're abt to close and I dont feel like going back up there to have them say they dont have any more prepared. I would have given them a 1 but first time I have had my order this messed up. Anyway. I need a refund or the correct meal replaced. 😤
