We came in with a party of 5, but all the tables only seated 4. We asked if we could pull up a chair and were told no. When we asked what other options were available, all 3 employees walked away without offering any help. Eventually, one worker told us we could only sit outside, but at that time of day the sun was directly in our eyes. When we explained that, she simply said, “Oh, then we can’t help you.” At that point, we had no choice but to leave.

Food is always good. Order is it always right. Lots of good options. Dine in , drive thru and carry out. Even when I order online, perfection.

Ordered food to go. The food came out quick, but the drink took 25 minutes to receive. The place was not packed and everyone else that came in after me got their orders before I got my drink. Told staff after 10 minutes, and yet, it still took another 15, after I told them the 2nd time. My food was cold by the time I got to my car. I do not recommend the service.

Honestly, I thought the food was better at the old location. The new location looks nice but I was slightly disappointed in the food.
Who serves Cuban black beans without rice? We had to order rice to go with their black beans.

The new Alachua location is beautiful and the veggie options are great. But the wait time in the drive through is diabolical. What takes so long to make a smoothie or a coffee. You see people wandering around and today I saw a lady reapplying her lipgloss while waiting for my order in the drive through. When I asked why the wait was so long she responds with a sassy remark. Please do better, please train your staff. All the lady’s have the hair out, it doesn’t seem sanitary.
And beware do not come to this location on a Sunday, the wait time is outrageous.

They charge extra for any food modification, even something as simple as swapping one type of cheese for another.
Adding an extra charge when the customer isn’t creating any additional cost for the restaurant is pretty lousy.
Beautiful and very clean restaurant to eat.
Food so so delicious and plentiful.
Very affordable too.
Employees are all very friendly and welcoming.
First time here traveling from Chicago IL and will definitely be coming back for more.
Referred to family members from other parts of Florida.
Definitely the place to enjoy a god meal.
