We were in town for a Robotics tournament and came by for a late dinner. Not only were they friendly but kind and made sure our order was right. The gentleman wearing the black hat was super friendly ans respectful. He was fantastic! We really liked this location.

Hey yall I wanted to hop on here and shout it out to Miss Rose up here at Moe's so as soon as we walked in she was cheerful and delightful with her welcome to moes, she was very patient as we stood there and looked over what we wanted and then we started to order well we start with our youngest (3) and let me tell you she asked him everything he wanted and filled his little bowl to the max with everything he asked for not only that the whole time he ordered she was very patient and kept telling him miss rose got you and continued to fill his little bowl with all of his little choices and then we moved on to my oldest baby and she let him say what he wanted which wasn't much but the whole time she was so amazing and cheerful to my babies and then me I ordered a burrito and let me tell you she loaded it down for me I could only get about half down before I was full and her male co worker who I didn't get the name of was super amazing as well and had amazing customer service as he checked us out he even helped carry our trays to the table!!! I have to say this was my overall best experience ive ever had at Moes here in alachua. Thank you miss rose if you see this you made my entire night oh and let's mention how she checked on us after we had been eating for a while and chatted us up I give this a 10/10 especially if you can catch miss rose working and bring those babies she loves them 💜👏

If I could give 1000000000/10 I would! Ms.Rose took care of my family and took extra steps to make sure my kids were involved with the ordering process. that they were comfortable and happy! My daughter said she was like a warm hug in the way she spoke to people. I’ll be back solely for her service!

I've had several bad experinces with Moe's in the past but this store was pleasantly different. The staff was exceptionally kind and the portions were generous. The store is clean and they offer good deals like Moe's Monday.
I had a wonderful experience at Most Southwest in Alachua! I was especially impressed with the two young men working during my visit. They were incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand my dietary needs and offering thoughtful, delicious recommendations. It’s rare to find staff who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant and upbeat. Rather than treating me like an inconvenience, they made me feel welcome and valued. Their positive attitude and customer-focused service truly made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I only eat their mo meat mo cheese meal. Most times the rice is not done as well as it should be but hell it's not horrible and the meal is good. They have lost some good workers who were customer specific. They had ones who remembered my meal and occasional gave a free drink but what's a free drink to keep customers coming in. I spent 100 to 160 before due to the customer service. Now I spend abt 80.

Your brown rice was not cooked over two months ago when I called to make you aware. It is still not cooked 2 months later. Does it take a complaint to the Health Department for you to stop serving undercooked rice to your customers?
