My daughter said she was like a warm hug in the way she spoke to people. I’ll be back solely for her service!

I've had several bad experinces with Moe's in the past but this store was pleasantly different. The staff was exceptionally kind and the portions were generous. The store is clean and they offer good deals like Moe's Monday.

I had a wonderful experience at Most Southwest in Alachua! I was especially impressed with the two young men working during my visit. They were incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand my dietary needs and offering thoughtful, delicious recommendations. It’s rare to find staff who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant and upbeat. Rather than treating me like an inconvenience, they made me feel welcome and valued. Their positive attitude and customer-focused service truly made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I only eat their mo meat mo cheese meal. Most times the rice is not done as well as it should be but hell it's not horrible and the meal is good. They have lost some good workers who were customer specific. They had ones who remembered my meal and occasional gave a free drink but what's a free drink to keep customers coming in. I spent 100 to 160 before due to the customer service. Now I spend abt 80.

Your brown rice was not cooked over two months ago when I called to make you aware. It is still not cooked 2 months later. Does it take a complaint to the Health Department for you to stop serving undercooked rice to your customers?

Moe’s as a whole has just gone so downhill. I don’t blame this particular restaurant, but the food is so flavorless and overpriced for small portions. Apparently they don’t even cook the meat on a grill anymore…so it’s Moe’s Southwest Microwaved Meat now? If you’re craving Mexican that is flavorful, fresh and a good value go across the street to Cilantro Tacos.

Moses always have a perfect atmosphere!!! I love moes so much & there’s not one where I moved to a couple years ago, so I’ve been waiting two years for moes. I get back to my hotel room and open my food and start the TV, break out my Homewrecker AND THE RICE WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY. I was so so sad.. I was looking forward to that thing so much! I’m sure I could’ve brought it back to the restaurant and had it remade for free, but it was 10 minutes away, and I was already in my hotel room and in comfy clothes.
The rice didn’t stop me completely I’ll admit lol. I worked hard for almost half the burrito ignoring the rice bc I had been looking forward to it so much! But I couldn’t finish any more than that.
The chips were perfect! As usual!

Ordered two bowls and 3 kids meals for delivery. All meals they forgot the salsa for the chips. Portions are small for the price of the food. They didn’t provide the additional items we paid extra for like guacamole and double proteins. No utensils or napkins were included. Would not recommend. Next time I’m going to Chipotle.
