Moses always have a perfect atmosphere!!! I love moes so much & there’s not one where I moved to a couple years ago, so I’ve been waiting two years for moes. I get back to my hotel room and open my food and start the TV, break out my Homewrecker AND THE RICE WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY. I was so so sad.. I was looking forward to that thing so much! I’m sure I could’ve brought it back to the restaurant and had it remade for free, but it was 10 minutes away, and I was already in my hotel room and in comfy clothes.
The rice didn’t stop me completely I’ll admit lol. I worked hard for almost half the burrito ignoring the rice bc I had been looking forward to it so much! But I couldn’t finish any more than that.
The chips were perfect! As usual!

Ordered two bowls and 3 kids meals for delivery. All meals they forgot the salsa for the chips. Portions are small for the price of the food. They didn’t provide the additional items we paid extra for like guacamole and double proteins. No utensils or napkins were included. Would not recommend. Next time I’m going to Chipotle.

The workers here are always nice and willing to help us. Caleb and Gio always take care of us. If there’s ever a concern or if something isn’t available they will do everything they can to accommodate. Bless, even we come in near closing, they are patient and do all they can!

The cashier was not very pleasant at all. She was rude to multiple customers while I tried to have a nice lunch. I was incredibly embarrassed for these customers and truly in awe that she would argue and speak to anyone in this manner, especially those keeping her employees. If it were not for the nice, young girl with blonde hair and the polite manager.. I doubt I’d return. The food was delicious! This cashier (Peyton I believe) is going to turn people away quickly. Zero professionalism or customer service. Making the atmosphere very dreadful. I really hope this improves on my next visit.

Do not bother with this Moes location. I went to pick up an online order that was suppose to be done at 730pm and it wasn’t done or even started for that matter. It seemed they were backed up with problems from the previous shift. The food seems to have gone downhill as well and the chips that I received were stale. There was no efficiency and the workers at the time seemed very spacey and couldn’t comprehend simple orders that were placed. Overall I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time and money.

I’ve always loved Moe’s but unfortunately it looks like they have changed the meat. I use to eat there almost every day but in the last month I have noticed that the chicken no longer has the texture it use too. It’s soft and almost feels slimy in the mouth to the point I’ve only eaten the vegetables rice and beans. Hopefully it’s not that bio meat that are starting to put out. Either way no more Moe’s for me the taste is gone. Sad

Made an online order and arrived just after the estimated time provided. We learned their machine wasn’t printing all the orders. Ours was one of them. We were told by the staff that they were on it multiple times over a course of 30 minutes. After waiting and our order not being provided to us, we requested a refund. Staff told us this wasn’t possible and provided the managers number. We had to continue to wait for our order. At this point we could have gone through the line and left before the food was provided to us. We later contacted the manager per the staff’s recommendation and never received a response. The fact that we couldn’t receive a refund, staff assisted other customers who arrived after us, and were required to wait this duration of time was unacceptable.
