Every time I go, they say they basically have no food or it’s 30/45 minute wait. I ordered tenders one day…barely were given fries and the chicken tenders look like chicken feet they were tiny skinny and even overcooked. The service was just bad overall and everyone was just standing around or on their phone. If I’m going to pay for some over priced food at least let me be able to do choose what I want off the menu and let it be cooked correct. Do better. It’s ridiculous.

I have to say the Alachua Popeyes is the best. They are the fastest and the manager, Robert, provides great customer service! I never have to ask for honey, jelly or napkins. He is always kind and has a great personality.

Heed the warnings of everyone else, save your money and find somewhere else to eat. I didn't think I asked too much when I ordered a fish sandwich combo with mashed potatoes, and a Dr pepper to drink. The first lady to help me asked if I wanted classic or spicy and I said classic. She then told me to pull up to the window.Getting to the window I was repeated my order as fries and a Dr pepper to which I said no, mashed potatoes and yes a doctor pepper. She gave me a total of which I gave her correct loose change, and then she asked if I wanted the drink to be a large to which I said yes. She then proceeded to give me a different total telling me the first total was for a medium and then closes the window and then proceeded to get me my change which now included loose change. That's fine, I can move on from that.She then proceeds to hand me my food and my drink which just by looking at it, doesn't look right, it's too light, but I proceeded to take it and pull away from the window. Upon tasting it, it was clear that the syrup was out. So I pull back around through the drive-thru.The second time through, the first woman is looking out the window and sees that I'm back in line. The original lady then disappears into the restaurant and by the time I'm up at the window, someone else is helping me, a very nice young woman who corrected the issues I knew about, which was the fact that I was given my food without any utensils nor napkins, and instead of the bad Dr Pepper, she gave me a coke. But why didn't I check the sandwich until I got home!?!I opened the sandwich to find it's the spicy version, so now the only thing I have to eat is mashed potatoes and a coke. FYI, I checked the receipt, and it shows "Classic", so the kitchen purposely gave me a spicy one, or she grabbed the wrong one. I'll never know. I was nothing but nice and polite the entire time, never getting mad or raising my voice.Anyone who'd like to lookup the footage of any of their cameras, please do, and post it. I'd love to hear their side of our interaction.From the receipt: Sunday, 3.3.24 @ 2:50pm, total was $12.xx, Classic fish combo with mashed potatoes and a Large Dr Pepper.In today's economy where every dollar matters I don't understand why you have such poor staff and utterly horrible customer service. The place is open till 10pm yet I have went by twice at 9:30 and was told both times “we currently have nothing to serve” and “we are closed”. That is not satisfactory it’s lazy. After a hard day at work I expected some food and was let down many times. I wasn’t the only one on both occasions. DO BETTER.

As I have visited all three Popeyes locations in Alachua county this one is the worst. Never do they have any food ready, and the customer service is horrible. They give you half empty containers of food. We took a 6 month break from buying any food from Popeyes Alachua and nothing has changed except the prices. 51.99 for a 16 piece family meal is ridiculous.Done with Popeyes Alachua.
Made my order then waited 15 minutes in an empty drive through looking at an empty parking lot. Manager was rude. If I'd known it would take so long I would have gone somewhere else. Only ordered two sandwiches.

Ordered 2 Popeyes famous chicken sandwiches when I got home 1st sandwich was prepared properly the 2nd sandwich was plain, just bread and a piece of chicken. Also the person taking ordes must of been having a bad day. I put in my order. All she said was pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window all she said was the price. Didn't repeat the order or anything. Then ask me to forward and wait. Also the fries tasted like old grease. But I guess I I shouldn't expect much. 1st time and last time eating there.

Ordered two 3 piece combos one mild one spicy both with red beans. Got two 2 pieces combos one with mashed potatoes one with red beans. The receipt was correct.
