Horrible subway, the franchise owner never honors any of subways deals from the app or coupons. And is always very rude. Will be contacting corporate and making multiple complaints along with multiple other people who has the same issue. You honor the deals that your company issue's otherwise you are scamming people.

I went there with a VALID subway coupon and they said they didn’t take because they don’t “participate” in it. Also had to wake a long time for an employee to show up at the counter.

The customer service was really horrible and they wait until order the sandwiches and they fix them to tell me that they don't participate in the coupons that they have I would not recommend anyone come here just don't customer service alone I also told him that he should post to sign on the door that said they don't participate in coupons or at least let people know when they walk in cuz it's not right I just wasted my time

This used to be a very good Subway. They never really accepted coupons, which okay that's a franchise decision... but today I realized I had a gift card in my purse so I gave them a try. Online they were out of: anything that had meatballs in it, all of the footlong snacks/desserts, chocolate chip cookies, all but one kind of potato chips, all the steak & cheese options...
I went ahead and put in an order for a sandwich that did NOT say "out of stock" which was made with rotisserie chicken. I arranged for pickup at 12:10, paid with my gift card, and thought nothing more of it. I get to the store and it turns out THEY'RE ALSO OUT OF CHICKEN!!! They have chicken strips, and the guy had apparently tried to call me just before I arrived to ask me if they should make it with strips. The one employee who's always been there went ahead and made it with the strips, which was fine, but how are you out of nearly everything on your menu?
The sub itself was pretty lackluster. It wasn't really warm, the flavors weren't there, and I was reminded why I hadn't been to Subway in a very long time.
Clean store, rude employees, hard bread and flat coke.

I don’t know why I keep giving this Subway a chance. Why is there never a nice, friendly employee? Like it’s our audacity to ask you to make a sub. I believe tonight will be the very last time I eat from here. One main reason is because I have food allergies and that seemed to annoy the worker. The bread was old, the vegetables were old. The meat was questionable. I asked for mustard..of course! Little to no mustard. Having a high risk of having an allergic reaction, I know for certain this is not the place I need to eat at. Shame on your employees Subway!

This is the worst subway in the area! We ordered a $15 sub online steak and cheese asked for the sandwich to be toasted with the onions and peppers and for the bacon to be crispy. He got his sandwich not toasted at all, the meat or bacon not even heated. Bacon was raw and the sandwich was gross. This isn’t the first problem we’ve had with this lazy subway. Never coming back ✌?
